closest to perfect iâve found
i used this on my *very sensitive* face and no problems!! no irritation, no white cast, and no pilling. it is veryyyy hydrating which i love for my dry skin but it could be too greasy for oilier skin. also very cheap compared to face sunscreens on the market and hard to find one without fragrance. however, when washing it off it burns eyes slightly but definitely bearable.

Moisturizing and Sheer!
Iâve been using this product for a few weeks after finishing my Black Girl Sunscreen Kids SPF50 and itâs amazing! I would say theyâre both extremely comparable.CONSISTENCY:The Bondi Sands sunscreen came in great condition and very quickly. Coming out of the tube itâs a white fluid lotion consistency, but it rubs in completely clear.HOW IT FEELS ON THE FACE:Itâs super lightweight and leaves your skin with a glow just like the Black Girl Sunscreen, however itâs ever so slightly stickier when it dries down. (Itâs not something youâd notice unless you used BGS one day and then Bondi another)SMELL:The smell isnât too bad either, for a fragrance free sunscreen. It smells somewhat like a brand new pool floaty (that kind of plastic smell) but itâs not something that will have you self-conscious about your smell for the rest of the day. Itâs much better than that metallic smell most chemical unfragranced sunscreens carry. I honestly forget about the smell when I wear it.Other sunscreens that donât have much of a smell include: Eucerin SPF30 Body Cream (8oz), and Black Girl Sunscreen Kids SPF50 (3oz). Both of which Iâve used and thoroughly recommend.HOW IT FEELS AROUND THE EYES:Unlike the Eucerin Sunscreen, (which isnât water resistant and runs into the eyes, causing them to water up) this sunscreen is water resistant and doesnât run into your eyes as much. Even when it does, itâs not nearly as painful or inconvenient. I love using this sunscreen before doing any athletic activity because itâs so robust. The BGS Kids SPF50 was the best in this category, NEVER causing any kind of irritation or watering of the eyes when it ever did run in during exercise.CONCLUSION:I love this sunscreen and itâs at such a great value I think Iâm going to stick with it for a while. The smell is faint and more than tolerable, and it feels great on the skin. I also havenât burned using this sunscreen and being out in the sun several hours a day doing my sport.Overall, I rate this a 5/5 just like the Black Girl Sunscreen Kids SPF50.

Non greasy and effective
I needed a reef safe sunscreen for a trip to Australia. I am impressed by this sunscreen. It goes on easily, no white cast or heavy fragrance. It absorbs quickly with no greasiness. My husband, who avoids sunscreen, commented on how nice it felt. I sat in full sun while watching a tennis match and no sunburn or even a tan on my exposed skin. I will be buying this again. Best sunscreen.

Solid sunscreen but went on a bit oily/greasy
I first learned about this sunscreen from a YouTube dermatologist I follow. I like that it’s a chemical sunscreen (i.e. no white cast) and that it’s fragrance free (I have sensitive skin and a sensitive sense of smell so I’ve truly come to hate fragrance in skincare). No burning or irritation around the eyes either which is great and I like how easily this sunscreen spreads. That said, I found that this one looked very oily/greasy and shiny on my skin and it didn’t really absorb into it as well as I would have liked. Now, I have pretty dry skin, so it wasn’t horrible on me, and I typically appreciate skincare that is more moisturizing, but this was a bit much even for me. I think if you have oily skin or dislike sunscreens that make your face or body shiny, this probably isn’t the one for you. Also, important to note: I bought this version â the “body” version â as well as a tube of the one labeled for the face, and as far as I can tell they are 100% identical in both the listed ingredients and how they go on your skin. The only benefit of the facial version that I see (it is slightly higher priced) is that it comes in a smaller sized bottle which you could carry for travel without checking your bag. Anyway, I’ll keep using this one for now, but I’m on the fence if I’d purchase this again…might see if I can find something that goes on a little less shiny.

40 Sunscreens Can Go Kick Rocks. This One Slaps.
Listen, Iâve been through the ringer with skincare. Actives, serums, LED masks, the works. Iâm militant about sun protection â reapplying every 4 hours, even indoors â and I needed a sunscreen that wouldnât bankrupt me. Most of the so-called âeliteâ sunscreens give you a thimble of product for a mortgage payment and still demand constant reapplication like theyâre doing you a favor. Then I found Bondi Sands SPF 50. $12 for a fat 5 oz bottle, broad spectrum, actually pleasant on the skin, and leaves a dewy sheen that makes you look radiant, not greasy. Iâve used it daily with an advanced skincare routine, and Iâm telling you right now: this stuff punches way above its price tag.If you want to protect your face without being scammed by overpriced nonsense, this is it.Bondi, if youâre reading this: donât you dare change a thing.

Best sunscreen!
I love this Bondi Sands SPF 50. I’ve been using the face version of this sunscreen for years. The “body” version is double the product for the same price and the ingredients match exactly (at least at the time I’m writing this they do). The lotion has a light feel with no greasiness. It provides great lasting sun protection. I highly recommend this for both body and face.

No White coating
One of my favorite sunscreens. I feel I get the protection I need. I use every day and reapply as needed. No white coating.

The product is non-greasy and very comfortable to apply all over the body. Good product.
