Perfect toy for my big best friend
This cactus is adorable. My tough dog has yet to break it open to reveal the second cactus. Although I do think the flower should be removed prior to play. My dog had it off in about 4 secs. and tried to eat it The flower makes the toy look cute but will cause problems if it is injested. I believe the $12 price is fair as the toy is very sturdy for my Pitsky…Pitbull and Husky mix. The squeak toy inside is pretty hard to squeak so it’s not annoying either. My dog can stomp it to squeak it. It is a great chew toy in the shape of a football. It’s also great for playing fetch.

Great for chewers!
My part German Shepherd part Husky is a year old and eats EVERYTHING in her path! This toy is awesome! She played with it at every stage of destruction and the spiky football shape in the center is still alive! To be clear, this toy is designed to be destroyed in stages. I did not think it would last this long. This is by far one of the best toys we have found for her since we rescued her 6 months ago.

Indestructible…Really
My dog loves this toy! He has not destroyed it in 10 minutes like the hundred other toys I’ve bought him. I am thoroughly amazed.

I bought two of these, one for each dog. They love them so much! My two pups carry their âbabiesâ around with them and care for them. Itâs freakin adorable! Iâm sure I would but these again because they hold up very well to play. The squeaker isnât annoying like some toys can be and it was reasonably priced.

Fun toy, didn’t last long
Giving this one 4 stars because it didn’t last very long at all, however my pup did love it. I have an 8 month old German Shepherd/Husky mix. The outer layer lastiless than 24 hours. She is still enjoying shredding it up though. After she got down to the next layer she carried around the cloth covered ball for a few days before shredding that layer too. We’ve had the toy almost 7 days and all but the plastic ball are now in the trash.

Great toy for super chewers or high energy dogs
Great toy holds up well for a rip N reveal toy. My dog has not gone through the first layer (cattle dog/American staffy) I did cut off the black foam points (cactus spikes) since I noticed that was the first thing my dog wanted to eat. The large size fits well in a medium sized mouth. The fabric of the toy is soft and listed as non toxic plush. The squeaker is not overly loud like some. Great value for the money.

Durable, true to pic and description, very safe and clearly states on interior fabric to discard if chewed. My aggressive chewer 13 month pup adores this toy and I have bought multiple. There is no stuffing which is wonderful and is a bright blue ball for her once she chews away at the cactus and the ball is an easy rinse to clean

Warning: watch out for the black prickly things!
The little black catus prickly things (black) are easy to pull off and small enough to swallow. They should either make them edible or find another character or option. I had to manually pull them off myself.Pretty durable, though, and my pit mix hasn’t broken it yet after a good 10 minutes…for him that’s a win!

Ich habe das Spielzeug für meinen Labrador gekauft, welcher bisher jedes Spielzeug innerhalb von Minuten zerstört hatte. Daher waren meine Erwartungen auch nicht groÃ, aber ich bin echt sehr überrascht, wie gut das Spielzeug hält. Unser Hund hat es bereit seit 1 Woche und hat immer noch nicht das innerer Spielzeug erreicht. Ich bin gespannt, was noch kommt.

Mini review: Our mini dachshund who obliterates every toy in his path is obsessed with it. Has lasted for 10 days now. The “final” toy seems very strong and will last for a long time. Excellent value, we’re buying more toys from this brand as a result.Longer review: Our mini dachshund has some incredible chewing power. He destroys most toys in about ten minutes, even ones that are described as tough. And once he’s destroyed them, he loses interest instantly. All of these things had me expecting that this toy would be just like all the rest. Cute and fun for a few minutes, but nothing more. Well we were blown away.It’s really cute and well designed. Our pup seemed to love getting at what was inside. He never tried to ingest any of the fabric and best of all, there is NO FIBER FILLING. Fiber filled toys are the bane of my existence. The only material inside, apart from the “second” toy is a thin mesh liner printed with the Barkbox logo and text saying “time to throw me away” to remind the pet owner to toss the now damaged outer shell. We thought this was a really nice touch. Also the innermost rubber spiky ball (it’s what’s inside the sad-faced part of the toy) seems to be scented like coconut? I wasn’t expecting this but it was kind of a nice surprise, admittedly. Dog toys can get pretty rank after awhile but this one still has a nice tropical smell to it.Anyway, this toy has incredible value for us and we felt that it was well-designed. We’re buying more and will for a long time. I wish I had paid attention to the Barkbox brand years ago!
