I received the Biotin liquid supplement a few days ago and began taking it then. I’ve noticed nail growth and smoother skin. I will do an update, in a couple of weeks, to let you guys know if I’ve had any hair growth and if the areas of concern are beginning to fill in or not. I was really intrigued by this liquid biotin and collagen blend, primarily because liquid supplements are often promoted for better absorption. This product seems too good to be true! I have natural curls and always brush my hair out before showering to avoid tangles once my hair gets wet. I have noticed after just 2 months of using this, the amount of hair that I’m seeing in my brush is less than 1/2 of what I am used to. The taste isn’t great, but who cares? It works…and it’s easy to take and can be rinsed down with water if you don’t like the flavor….but that’s a non issue because I’m such a fan of this.
