The toner’s consistency trends toward sliminess, which was unexpected and not quite in line with my preferences. This texture hampers the application process, making it less smooth than I’d like. Because this product is alcohol free definitely gets a big thumbs up from me. There is no burning of the eye when applied near it. It reflects L’Oreal’s effort to cater to sensitive skin needs, a move I appreciate. I decided to give HydraFresh a try because Amazon reviews recommended it and it is half the price of the toner I’ve been using. It did not disappoint. It smells and feels different from what I’m used to, but just as effective. It’s hard to change after using the same product for a decade, but hey, sometimes we just have to take the plunge.

Use this with a paper towelette after double cleansing your face to temove any excess dirt and to balance the ph in your skin.
