Like all family businesses, this one started out of a need. Our own autistic’s son’s need. We both worked in the care sector so we used our experiences to create the range you see here today.

Great for school!
I am a school based OT and I have had these cards for over 2 years. I wear them everyday of the week. This company sells a communication deck as well and I combined them and took out the ones I donât use (I found another company that had yes, no, sit, stand, walk, eat, and drink as well and added them too). I wear them on a lanyard around my neck with keys attached and have had absolutely no issues with wear or tear. Mine get flung around all the time too and they are very durable. They are wonderful for when your kiddo is in crisis and you need to focus their attention to help them calm or just for basic school expectations (and to help them express feelings). On occasion, I will hand them over to my students who are becoming bored/fidgety and want something to look at. I would recommend these along with the other decks that I purchased to make a handy communication visual that travels easily.

Great product definitly help!
We had an evaluation on our son about having Autism, where they said it was a possibility but they were going to diagnose him with being developmentally delayed. From our research he did share a lot of common symptoms of Autism. This being said my wife wanted to try this our and it really does help. I think this would help with most toddlers to be honest, we sent this to school with him one day on his backpack and it never came back! The teacher said it was a great tool for all the students and asked for more! For the price I wasn’t willing to buy more for the school but my Wife told her to keep it. The teacher loves it and says it helps with all the kids when they are having fits/not listening. I would recommend it if you need a tool to help calm/explain to your child in a different way what you want them to do. (To be honest you could probably just make these yourself, I imagine the teacher just made copies and laminated them to make more. Thought these are a bit heavier duty than regular printer paper that’s laminated)

Regularly wear in my autism classroom
I teach in a self-contained autism classroom and wear pecs cards on my lanyard. These are very durable compared to the laminated paper ones I’ve used for the past 6 years. I am disappointed that the picture on my front card started to fade within a week or two of use. Even though my cards get a lot of wear and tear, I expected them to last longer.

Iâm not quite sure how I feel about this.. I look through it and a lot of the cards seem focused on the ânegative behaviorsâ children with autism display.. I would have loved to see some encouraging cards too or stuff that kids can do

Very clear perfect pictures vibrant colour no smudge or pixelation. Thick strong laminated cards strong keyhole for storing it. Wish the key hook was metal not plastic would be more durable if it was snagged or pulled this kind of tool is often used with people who have self control issues and plastic things get broken easily. Others than that suggestion it is very good for the uses I needed it for which was helping a toddler to make their emotions and have a visual guide for listening when they are having a tantrum and donât want to listen

Amazing quality. There will always be other prompts you need or want for your specific situation, but this is a really good base set. I work in an education support centre and have not yet needed to add more prompts
