Opted for a stamp because seen that the roller isn’t recommended. Been using 2 to 3x a week at the minimum. Honestly I can see the difference on nights I do. Skin looks glowy in the a.m. & some hyperpigmentation has decreased. It’s definitely not a overnight process but I like it. The needles are beginner friendly as well.
