Purchased the 3 piece Potaroma Cat Toys Chew Ropes as add on for delivery. Wasn’t sure what to expect or if my 11 month old kittens would like them. All 5 are chewers that absolutely destroy cardboard and toys so I’ve been looking for something stronger, safer and less messy.These certainly fit the bill, as toys and chewers, all 5 love them, even the 10 yr grumpy Miss plays with them. They are a nice length that allows play from both ends. It’s fun to watch one trying to tug it away from the other! I was a bit concerned about the attached gall fruit coming off but these guys don’t seem to care much about it. They’re more interested in the fringe and dragging the rope around.I like that they can be stored in the zip lock bag with the catnip pouch to refresh the scent. I’ve added some loose catnip to the bag to enhance them even more.The ropes seem to be of good quality and quite sturdy. I feel they will withstand the chewing and last for a good bit.The price point was $7.98 when I ordered and I feel they’re a great value at that.I may re order just to have another set on hand

My 2 cats went bonkers as soon as I pulled them out of the bag! They usually aren’t that interested in catnip items, but these ropes were an immediate hit..High quality toys, colored strings are wrapped tightly around the rope, and are sturdy enough to withstand kicks from their back paws.Will be definitely purchasing again!

Fun But SUPERVISE the Gall Fruit Until It Comes Off
I bought these for my cats to chew and bat around. They really enjoy themâgreat for light chewing, chasing, and even a bit of kicking. Simple and effective toys.The issue is the little gall fruit attached at the end. Itâs supposed to be secure, and some reviews said it was, but mine had it off in under ten minutes. I had to pick up the pieces and toss them. It’s a hard, brittle object and I wouldn’t want a cat to try to eat it. I went ahead and removed the fruit entirely for safety. The rope still works brilliantly without it.Once that was removed, the sticks themselves have held up well and the cats still play with them regularly.These are great, fun sticksâlight, durable, and engaging for chewing, batting, and kicking. Just be aware that for safety the gall fruit needs supervision until it comes off. Once removed, the cats are happy, and youâre at ease.Verdict: Four stars. Cats love them, but be prepared to remove the gall fruit for safety.

These are perfect!
1These are favorite toys of the kitties!! They have held up well through daily use. The cats use them to play tug-of-war as well as holding them in their mouth and front paws while attacking it with their back claws. I put their toys away every night and find the 3 of them scattered around the next morning so definitely one of their favorite toys. They are light enough that the kitties could play with them when they were a few weeks old but heavy enough that they can’t damage them. An excellent toy for little amount of money.

Must have for curious, playful cats who like cat nip
We have a cat that’s almost a year old and has a lot more play energy than our 7-8 year old. I am constantly trying to find something to occupy him. This came with three individual “sticks” and the boys immediately went crazy for it. Even the older cat was rubbing all on it. The best part of this toy, is the length. They can rub their heads on it and then it’s long enough for them to get it between their back legs and kick it which is a favorite activity of out cats. They are sturdy but also flexible. If we ever lose them or something happens to the toys, will definitely buy again!

Don’t Count on the Catnip for Attraction
It’s a rope. I thought it had a place to pour some catnip into on of the ends. No. Comes with a sachet of catnip that you rub on it. Obviously this only makes for momentary scent and therefore momentary interest in the toy. Also, has a piece of decorative stone tied to a string. My cat had that off in 30 seconds and luckily I caught it and took it away as it is small enough to choke on. Wouldn’t bother with this one.

My cats love these ropes! I pop them into a ziplock with catnip anytime they start to lose their smell. It took them about 6 months to unwind the sting from one of the three ropes so they seem to be good quality for the price.

These are for small dogs. It’s not catnip..it’s a squeaky Toy for dogs!!! 🙁 I wouldn’t have gotten these if I knew that. I wanted CATNIP TOYS. Not dog squeaky toys. 🙁
