High Quality and great features
ThermoPro has quality products. This thermometer conveniently uses 1, AAA battery which comes with the thermometer along with a usable, small Phillips screwdriver to open and close the the battery compartment that is built so that the small screw does not fall out when opening the compartment. The unit has nice weight to it, and a good magnet to attach it to an appliance, a large and well-lit display, the ability to convert between C and F, auto shut-off (in case your forget), and it’s waterproof so that I do not have to be so careful when washing it after each use. I purchased this unit because of some of the updated features and it reads the temperature the same as my older ThermoPro. Before purchasing I posted a question on Amazon and ThermoPro answered the question with in an hour and even quickly responded when I questioned their response. I strongly recommend this appliance.

Reads the temperature accurately within 3-4 seconds, it has an illuminated screen which is great when youâre in a low light environment. The magnetic backing is great for leaving it on the grill so it wonât move easily. Overall the best thermometer Iâve bought.

Since I have had this the house, I think I have used it almost every day. In the past, I have had a small insertion non-digital thermometer, which worked fine but you had to take the time to ensure it was inserted properly and then wait for the temperature to set and hopefully read it correctly. This one is immediate upon insertion and digital so there is no making mistakes. The unit provides in either degrees F or C at the touch of a button which has proved to be very useful. It is waterproof, has a light to read the temperature if the lighting is low, and can hang from the plastic loop or on metal. The body itself has a magnetic piece which means I can store it in a non-traditional place (no longer hunting through the drawer) such as the side of my espresso makers out of sight from others, but I know exactly where it is. I will make note, this is not a thermometer you insert in an item and leave it in the oven, it is an insertion thermometer for taking immediate temperature, not monitoring over time. No more utensil draw gymnastics! Great product, easy to use, easy to read – I can not recommend this highly enough. Excellence!
