➊.Remove the original joint and insert it into the new cuff.
➋.Wrap the cuff around the left upper arm, and the cuff tube should be located inside the arm and in line with the middle finger.
➌.The bottom of the cuff should be located 2-3cm above the inner side of the elbow joint of the upper arm.
➍.Place your forearms flat on the table, palms up and sit up straight. Attention: keep the center of the cuff is at the same height as your heart.
➎.Press the switch button, remain still and don’t talk until the measurement process is complete.

Small cuff fits my old Omron BP monitor
I bought this to replace a cuff that was too big for my arm. It fit an old Omron blood pressure monitor (HEM-711 from 2008) with no adapters needed. Works fine.

Recommend for personal use only, as not easy to wipe down
You get an Extra Large cuff, and a pediatric sized cuff. You also get several adaptors.-You need your own electric BP monitor, as these cuffs will attach to your monitor. I was able to easily attach the cuffs to my monitor with the connector that was already connected to the tubing when I received the cuff, so I didn’t even need to mess with trying to find an adaptor that worked.-I would recommend these cuffs for personal use only, and not for use as a provider or nurse seeing several patients, as these cuffs are not easy to clean/wipe down. They have very intricate stitching/cloth material rather than the typical plastic medical cuffs have.-Pretty design- the intricate stitching/cloth design make these cuffs very appealing to the eye. The gold stitching makes the design even shine.-These cuffs have the same method of putting onto the arm as most cuffs you would purchase in the retail setting, which honestly isn’t my favorite. You have to wrap it through the metal part, and wrap it around and finally velcro it. I much prefer the cuffs that are straight up velcro, which are typical in the medical setting.

Nice large cuff
My husband has a large muscular arm we were using a regular sized cuff which I as a nurse knew could give false results I was so impressed with this cuff which came with multiple adapters to use on various machines. The cuff has performed as it should. The price was fair, easy to use and was comfortable during monitoring.

Could work for Occasional Home Use
I recently got the Blood Pressure Cuff and while it has a nice design and pattern, I found it lacking in a few key areas. The biggest issue is that it doesn’t sit securely during the inflation process. The cuff loosens up very quickly, making it difficult to get an accurate reading. This is especially frustrating if you’re trying to get consistent measurements. While it looks good and could work for occasional home use, I don’t think it performs well enough for professional use or for someone who needs precise readings on a regular basis. Itâs a decent option, but I expected better performance, considering what this would be used for.
