Cord length matters but it gets the job done
This was exactly what I need to get my e-pulse massager back up and going! If there was anything that was disappointing was that I didn’t pay attention to the cord length — it’s functionally like 12 inches long. Awkward. Would make this a 4.5 rating if I could.

Charger doesn’t charge.
Upon obtaining the charger, it is evident that I possess the corresponding unit. Regrettably, my canine companion inadvertently damaged the previous charger, necessitating the acquisition of this replacement. My e-pluse massager is 16.6v not the 16.8. But it’s close enough that it works well enough. Haven’t had any issues. BTW e-pulse wants $35 for the oem charger.
