Swear by this stuff
Yes the microbeads in this wash require you to actually scrub your face, but isnât that the point? I like that this wash is aggressive enough to get oil off, but can also be used on sensitive skin and works under my beard. Great for your hair fade line (neck, temples) too if you break out sometimes like me after a barber appointment. Apply a vitamin c serum after to even out the tone.

Clay and Volcanic Ash Cleanser
Received this a few days ago, and after using it as a cleanser and mask, my mild-moderate acne has already improved. It is a gray liquid that is a creamy consistency, not too thick, very slightly gritty in texture because of the clay but not enough to scratch your skin as you wash your face. I have very sensitive skin and this does not irritate it at all, I will definitely continue to use this once a day. I notice my skin is very smooth after use. Maybe not the best for very dry skin, but I think most people would like this cleanser. A little goes a long way, especially if you are using it as a mask because it turns back into soap as you rinse it off. I anticipate this tube to last at least a few months, worth it!

Part of my regimen!
I have oily skin and after some research, I decided to give this a try. I made it a part of my morning routine and after a week of use, Iâve noticed less oily build up on my skin throughout the day. Needless to say itâs a staple of my morning face wash routine along with Jack Black face moisturizer, leave my face feeling clean, refreshed and less oily during the day. It doesnât irritate or over dry my skin and when Iâm out, I will buy more!

I’ve been using this product for a couple years now. Works very good on face and you will shine all day. Excellent value for the money. The scent is pretty pleasant and it’s very easy to apply to skin. Once you rub it in, it blends right into your face.

My replacement for Dermalogica active clay cleanser
Iâm so disappointed that Dermalogica no longer makes their clay cleanser. I searched for a while for something with similar ingredients. I could tell a huge difference with the very first use of this. My skin feels very clean and smooth. No strong scent or odor. Highly recommend for anyone that likes a Clay type cleanser with oily and acne prone skin!

Best facial cleanser I’ve ever used
This is the best facial cleanser I’ve ever used. It is gentle and can be used daily. My oily skin always feels perfect after using it. I’ve gotten lots of compliments since using this. I use it in conjunction with the Face Buff Scrub a few times a week. The perfect combo. I used Proactiv for a really long time and then switched to this. The ingredients seem way better and the results are even better. I get compliments on my skin often, and it’s definitely in large part due to these JACK BLACK products.

Simply brilliant! There are many products like this on the market but this one has the best ingredient profile and delivers the best results of the ones i’ve tried. Doesn’t dry the skin out at all which is my main gripe with products containing clay or charcoal. Unlike other reviewers I find that this product lathers fine and a little goes a long way. I have used it twice a day for just over a week and my pores are clear, my shave after is always close and my skin never dry. Can’t ask for more than that. The fact that the product uses clean ingredients that don’t sound like a chemical essay also makes me happy to buy it again. Highly recommended.
