Ancient Nutrition Lives up to their Promises
I have been using Ancient Nutrition products for over a year and if there is one product on the market that delivers on their promises it’s their collegen products.Ancient Nutrition promises to promote hair, nail and gut health and my nails have never been longer or stronger and my hair hasn’t been this thick since I was a kid. Not only do I have thicker hair but the quality of my hair has changed, I went from having frizzy unruly hair, no matter what product I used to turn frizz into curls, but my hair is full of body and straight. Not stringy straight, full body straight.I no longer have any stomach aches after I eat so I can only surmise that my gut health has improved as well. These products come flavored but I prefer the non-flavored version to mix into my morning smoothie where I also add their Super Greens powder, Collustrum (Lemon Bar is my preferred flavor) and Pure Bone Protein.Ancient Nutrition powdered productions are almost a fine silt and blend easily. I was worried that my use of all of these products to rely on for all my nutritional needs was going to give me a poor report on my next fasting blood test. Instead it did the opposite. All of my blood levels were on target and any deficiencies I was experiencing vanished like the wind.If you are thinking about improving your health and have worries about thinning hair or nails that either won’t grow long or easily break, I recommend Ancient Nutritions College products.

At the health food store the person waiting on me said that ANCIENT NUTRITION has “hydrolyzed” collagen which is absorbed by the body better. Also, It has TEN types of collagen in it (not just 3/4) and is good for not only hair, skin and nails, but for Joint Pain and Gut Health. I need both. I have noticed an improvement in less than a week. It is a little more expensive, but for well worth it in my opinion, also it does not dissolve quite as easily as my other product but I don’t mind since it works so effectively. I use the unflavored version and you cannot taste it, which is perfect. I plan to keep using it…the difference is worth it.

Helped with hip pain
I am in my 40’s with bad hips. If I sat in one position too long, my left hip tended to lock up, and it was so painful to get it moving again. After using this brand of collagen for about 6 weeks, I no longer have that problem. I have not noticed any difference in my skin, but that was not why I purchased the product. Having stronger hair and nails is a bonus for me. The taste is unpleasant, but I put it in chocolate milk and drink it quickly. It is very much worth the taste and cost for me.

So far as advertised
Easy to use, tasteless, I use in my cold brew Starbucks and can’t tell it’s there. I have no idea if it will help me as just started it and so did my husband. Ask me again in about 2-4 weeks and I can then say wheather it seemed to help or not. I do have an autoimmune disease and don’t seem to have any adverse effects from it.

Helps ease joint pain
I have found the Ancient Nutrition Collagen Peptides Powder, Multi Collagen Protein to be superior to others. It’s great for men and women and it includes vitamin C, and probiotics. The hydrolyzed collagen makes it easy to digest. I also like the fact that it is unflavored – which allows me to mix it with my favorite juices. I originally purchased this for joint pain, but I have noticed and improvement in my skin, in addition to have helped tremendously with the pain in my knee joints – which in my opinion makes this product very effective and the right strength. Since this has 40 servings it is a great value for the price.

Great product
Powder mixes well in my coffee. Not gritty at all. Tasteless, odorless. My cardiologist prescribed for me to take daily to strengthen my aorta. He also said I will see improvement in my skin, hair and nails.

I been using this product in my coffee since 2023, so I thought now is a good time to add my review.I like the chocolate flavored one. My girlfriend turned me onto it cause I mentioned how much my hair was falling out. Iâm not very observant, I guess, so I safely say that after a year, I noticed my hair wasnât falling out as much. When I cleaned the hair trap after shampooing, I use to get a fistful. Now, Iâm picking up a pinch. My nails grow faster too. Canât say anything about my bones cause they havenât been a problem.

La vdd sà siento cambio al consumir este producto. Empecé a ingerirlo porque después de correr (en caminadora) me duelen las articulaciones al flexionar la rodilla. El colágeno me ha ayudado a sentir poco o nulo dolor después de correr.
