Abundance of chemicals, not good
I donât know what I was doing buying this product. It has so many bad chemicals in it. I waited a couple months cause I had bought some other products before I looked at the container that has multiple PEGâs and propylene glycol in it I wasted over $30 Please donât waste your money.

It feels nice
I may change this number of stars later if I can see if it makes a difference but so far itâs not making a noticeable difference in cutting down on any knots in my very wavy almost curly hair. But it does get the tangles out initially for sure. I just was hoping for it to prevent them or at least make them less frequent.

I absolutely adore this leave in conditioner. I got a sampler from a subscription box and knew I had to have a full size bottle. I feel like I got the real thing; which was a concern I had.I love using this on towel dried hair and especially mixing it with Beauty Protectorâs Protect and Oil (birchb). I even mix the two in the palm of my hand before working it through my hair with my fingers. I am adamant about doing that before I flat iron, because even with a heat iron protectant spray, I like having that boost of moisture protection. Together theyâre leaving my hair silky soft. Iâve gotten endless praises and comments about my luxurious hair from coworkers, friends, and family and this was the only addition. I even had the Beauty P oil before!âââ-However, I hate the spray pump and I had to knock off a star for that. The samplerâs pump has micro holes that allowed for a more dispersed spread. This bottle I received sends it in a direct stream that hits your hand so hard it can bounce back off and hit unintended targets . Not cool…

Leaking bottle
Arrived in box, product as described however it was leaking and approximately 1/2 the bottle had emptied into the box. Spoke with amazon and they did not allow for replacement as this was out of their control.

I love this product and hoped to buy online but horrible experience; First one arrived leaking and almost half the product gone; re-ordered and returned original only to get another in the same shape; clearly how you send this produce needs to be re-evaluated. I wont order it again and will buy locally instead.
