Works great, looks good and holds a charge for a long time.
This product is worth every dollar. We adopted a 9 month old Silky Terrier who had been left in the kennel most of the day due to the owner’s work schedule. She barks excessively and has a biting and nipping habit that we are trying to break. She’s very smart and learns fast. We have only had this collar for 2 weeks. Within the first week we noticed a huge difference in her behavior. Once we fully charged it, it has been great. It holds a charge for weeks. This device is soft and waterproof. We do not use the shock feature at all. The beeps and vibrations work great. Her barking has almost stopped. She’s still a puppy, and cries when we have to leave her, but settles down quickly. The biting of our hands and feet, still happens, but she is getting better. She stops when I pick up the remote. This collar has been the best purchase to help train and change unwanted behavior. Hopefully, we will not need to use it for long. So far, I am very pleased with this purchase and recommend it.

Great training collar
This works great. I got a new rescue dog and she is squirrel CRAZY! We couldnât walk her in the leash or allow her to be in the yard unattended. I mostly use the beep in the yard, I use beep and vibrate on walks. I have only needed to used the shock a few times. It has a good range too, we did one off leash walk and met an armadillo. After two shocks, my dog quit chasing the armadillo.

Use on yourself first then you can use it on your dog.
Warning: Please shock yourself first with this collar on your hand before setting the level for your dog. I have heard review after review that they hurt their dog, and they blame the device and not the owner. I shocked myself with this collar to ensure that I knew what I was doing to my dog. It works great though… You only have to correct them with this function a few times, then you can use the sound or buzz and your dog responds. Battery lasts forever. The distance to is reliable far.

Amazing! Good Quality
This unit does everything it says. Battery life is amazing! Literally lasting for days. It’s very easy to use. It has a feature where it can use it for one or two dogs at a time. You can adjust the intensity of the shock, although we NEVER have to, because the vibrating beep is all he needs to redirect him to something else. We use it everyday because Rocky is a Beabull. Half Beagle and half English Bulldog, which translates to being so STUBBORN. This should be his middle name! And THAT’S an understatement to say the least! The unit is a great value for the money and the collar fits small to big necks, collar IS waterproof, but remote control is NOT. This has calmed my nerves so much that I actually like my dog now.ð¤£

I’m in control now
I have a 7-month old Doberman, who is very smart, friendly, and can’t seem to listen to me when she’s excited. This product has been a god-send for me. I didn’t even connect the electric shock part. The beep tone doesn’t do much, but the vibration gets her attention and helps me communicate with her. My first problem was chasing my cats – to play with them. A few times of using the vibration buzz taught her what I mean by “leave her alone”. She’s become calmer with the cats, and often ignores them. Other times she touches noses with them and then actually walks away.Normally she comes to my whistle, but once when she didn’t, I buzzed her and she immediately came. Since then, she has always come to my whistle.I’ve used it sparingly, but it gives me a sense of control, and she’s become more responsive to me when she’s distracted.

Weird prong extender for shock feature
Update 90 days later: lowered to three stars instead of four, however this is still a decent collar, but there’s a slight design flaw. The on/off switch is on the inside of the power unit so that it presses against the dog’s neck and will occasionally turn off because it doesn’t take much pressure to turn the switch off. Other reviewers have talked about the unit stopped working, and I’m inclined to think it’s because the on/off switch was inadvertently turned off by the dog maybe playing around with another dog. It’s not worked 4 different times for me and three times it was because the switch had been turned off and once because it was out of power. I can also confirm that the collar is waterproof as advertised as long as the rubber cover is over the charging port. My dog got out, went to play in the canals, was soaking wet and the collar still worked. Bought this looking for a lightweight device with reasonable distance ~ 3000 ft over flat land. This looked like it might fit the bill. It’s lightweight all I need is the beep and the buzzer. I don’t need the shock feature and previously I have used pet trainer brand that work great except it was really heavy My dog’s only 45 lb.I can see what people might have a problem with the shock on this because you have to add sort of a u/v shaped aluminum extender to the prongs that actually touch the dog. When I looked at it, it looked like something you would put on the wall to tie the excess cord up from a blind or a rope but no it’s supposed to shock the dog.It’s the first time I’ve ever seen anything like that and it seems kind of weird. And I believe it might explain why people have problems with the shock part of this collar.So far the beep and the buzz works just fine The distance is reasonable, I’m still checking the battery life if it’s bad or the distance is not true I’ll come back and update my review with the three star instead of four.If you’re looking for the shock feature I would stay away from this and try one that doesn’t require some sort of weird shock extender device

I put it on my new puppy and works great. He listens to me better. He was going out on the road and that’s why I got it. I only use the beeper so far. A few times with the vibrate but I don’t think I would use the shocker. Works with just the beeper. You have to beep at the same time you give him or her a command. I just love it.
