This product works well and I don’t need to use it that frequently. Mostly those little ‘black heads’ are actually hairs called sebaceous filaments and these nose strips are the recommended treatment for removing them but they do grow back. Just don’t try to squeeze them. My problem is the box I received was torn open on the bottom and only two strips were inside. This is not the fault of my delivery drivers who do a great job. This is the carelessness of the people in the warehouse. But maybe they are getting worked too hard. I hope things get better over there.

These work well, but prepare for discomfort when pulling off
These do exactly what they are supposed to do. I tried it for the first time and it did remove all the blackheads it came into contact with. But itâs almost too effective as it really sticks to the skin. Be especially careful with thin skin areas like under your eyes as I had to keep applying firm pulling pressure to remove while my eye bags/cheek was lifting off my face. Yeah, it works well.

So-So on Biore Nose Strips: They Work, But There’s a Catch
I decided to give the Biore Blackhead Remover Strips a shot after seeing them everywhere. You know, those strips you put on your nose to yank out whiteheads? Well, they do work, but it’s not all smooth sailing.First off, I’ll say this: when you peel off one of these strips, it’s kind of gross but super satisfying to see all the stuff it pulls out. If you’re looking at your nose and thinking, “Ugh, whiteheads,” these strips are like a quick magic fix. They definitely grab a bunch of gunk out.But here’s the thing â after using them, my skin felt really dry. It’s like they’re a bit too good at their job and take some of the good oils off your skin along with the whiteheads. I had to slap on a bunch of moisturizer afterwards to stop my nose from feeling like the Sahara.And then, I read this article in Vogue where a skin expert was saying that if you use these strips a lot, they could actually make your pores bigger over time. That freaked me out a bit. I mean, the whole point is to make your skin look better, not worse, right?So, I’m kinda on the fence with these. I’m giving them 3 stars because, yes, they do get rid of whiteheads, but the whole drying out your skin and maybe even making pores bigger thing is a bit of a downer. They’re okay for now and then, but I’m not planning to use them all the time.

Im sure someone will say that these are bad for your skin but I love them. I get sebum plugs on my nose and they gross me out. I try not to squeeze my nose pores and these help curb that bad habit. I use biore strips on my nose and chin about once a week, preferably when it’s been at least a day or two since I’ve showered. When I see my pores starting to look clogged I wash my face with soap and hot water to remove any grease which helps the biore strip get a good grip. While the strip is still on its clear plastic sheet, I take scissors and make additional cuts into the edge of the strip to help it adhere to the curves of my nose/ chin. After peeling the strip off its plastic backing I quickly run it glue side face up under hot water for less then a second. Im just trying to wet the glue side, not saturate the strip, this cuts down on dry time. The most important step is to let it fully dry to the point where it’s crunchy before peeling off. It’s grossly satisfying and I feel like it’s less damaging than squeezing my pores. My skin always feels smoother after biore stripping. Lastly biore makes several varieties of strips and the deep clean are my favorite, followed by these and personally I’m not a fan of the charcoal strips, the charcoal are better than nothing but they don’t grip as well.

Amazing blackhead removal product
These are simply amazing. My husband usually gets blackheads around his nose, and he cleans his face. We apply this strip, making sure it is damp. Once itâs completely dried. We peel it off, and as you can see in the photos, it pulls the blackheads out and leaves the skin, shiny and smooth and blackhead free.

4 stars because it doesnât stick 100% around the nose folds
Stickiness isnât the best, leaves a little residue on face and although it does pull some blackheads out it does leave the larger ones behind. Seems to pull very fine ones out no problem. This is something you possibly need to use consistently to see results. All in all, itâs the best iâve used on the market. I suggest using hot water to open up those pores and leaving your face wet when applying so it sticks better.
