These lidocaine patches work very well. They are easy to apply, they stick well and begin to work to ease my hip pain very rapidly. Will definitely order them again.

Wonderful pain patch!
These work wonderfully! I actually couldnât believe how well they work. Just wish they were more affordable. I can only use them when the pain is very very bad. I have constant pain everywhere, but when I have pain that breakthrough the rest, I use these.

Speedy Delivery for Pain Relief!
These were recommended by a friend. They are unscented and the only place I could buy unscented was from Amazon.I have a mildly torn rotator cuff. Sleeping with pain at night wasnât possible until I began to use these. I am on the second box and doubt I need finish out this box, but even if I do they are worth the money! They take care of the night pain. I feel they would alleviate any body pain.

Works for pain relief, wish it would stick better
The only problem I have with these patches is that, in using them on my back, they never end up sticking the full time period of use. It’s embarrassing too when they unexpectedly fall out from under my shirt. Using rubbing alcohol on the area and letting it dry does help some with it sticking, but it still ends up falling off. I wish they could be more adhesive. They do do their job with pain relief, though!

Stick great, but I developed allergy to adhesive
I was thrilled with these patches, but unfortunately, I developed an itchy allergy to the adhesive. I can only use them on occasion, for 6 hours max. Contrast that to RX Lidoderm CQ (brand & generic), which I wore nearly 24/7 for a decade. I use Lidocaine 4% gel all the time on my back, so itâs not the lidocaine, itâs the adhesive.They do stick so much better than the Rx generic 5% lidocaine patches, though . Salon Pas patches are 4% lidocaine, but if a patch doesnât stick, you get no benefit, no matter what the strength. I havenât noticed any difference in results between 4% and 5%, but the difference in skin adherence is huge. I use these horizontally to cover my lumbar discs, L3-S1.Speed of relief: NOTE: It takes 48 hours of continuous wear to achieve steady-state levels of analgesia, so donât judge before that. With the Rx version, then you can go 12 hours on/12 off after that, while maintaining steady state, but I wear mine 24/7 when I have back pain.Lidocaine patches donât offer instant relief, theyâre better suited for longer term use for chronic pain conditions. For immediate relief, buy a 4% or 5% lidocaine cream or gel, apply a thick layer, wrap the body part in Saran Wrap and wait 90 minutes. Then, remove the wrap, wash/wipe off all the excess, let your skin completely dry for ~15 minutes, then put on your first Salon Pas patch. Thatâll give you a big head start on getting to steady state.Iâm a former pharmaceutical rep in pain management, thatâs why I know about the blood levels, etc., and I have a few tricks up my sleeve. ;)Be sure to follow the instructions for applying, by popping the film apart in the center, sticking that on and then carefully peeling the film one side at the time, to avoid the patch edges sticking to itself (it doesnât come apart).

Thank you for saving my back..
Tweaked my back with poor form lifting (yes I know, Iâm rolling my eyes too). Was recommended these by my physician to dull my back pain. Wasnât expecting anything, but MAN do these take the edge off my lower back and shoulder pain. Iâve tried icy hot and biofreeze, these win by a landslide.
