I started this Feb 19th 2025, as of today it has been 3 months. I love it! My energy level was noticed immediately. I’ve lost 12 lbs since then. The health benefit from this is great. Although I did not read the label , when I initally purchased this. It has to sit under your tounge. So yeah chalky, yucky taste.Otherwise I have to re-order in regular pill form.

Well first off I should have read better the under the tongue thing is awful it tastes gross and takes forever to dissolve Iâve been on these for a few weeks now directed by my ob after blood test results. Iâve noticed a small change in energy but Iâm also on a lot of other hormone meds that could be doing it too. Overall good amount of pills for the money just wished you could swallow it.
