These really do work!
My husband’s knees bother him so I bought these. It takes his pain away for at least 8 hours. I used one on a pulled back muscle and I felt much better all day. I will purchase these again! Wonderful product!

These work for me. I had to order this brand because the other one that I bought before was not available. I like these better because they do have a wavy perforation down the center, which makes it easier to use. I had no problem with keeping these stuck to my skin. Iâll keep ordering these.

These patches are amazing!The menthol/ peppermint kick in and it’s like an all natural icey hot patch. My knee is bone on bone, I did not expect much from these patches, but when I was able to walk up the stairs and noticed i wasn’t in excruciating pain… it works!!If you are sweaty, they do come off pretty quickly, I use an ace bandage wrap to wrap around it on my knee if I’m going to play sports or just walk outside in this Louisiana heat, lol.Also, when you take it off, do not go out it in water unless you want to feel like you’re on fire! I take a rag with coconut oil, rub the stickiness off my knee, then shower. It doesn’t light me up as bad, lol.
