I just purchased this Digital Meat Thermometer, I’ve never had one before. i’ve always grilled by sight and time. I’ve used it on salmon, steak and hamburgers. No more under cooked or over cooked grilling.the thermometer is very accurate and fast. i get the readings in literally seconds. the display is bright and big so its easy to read.the handle and probe is long enough so i don’t burn my hands over the grill.My wife used it in the oven for chicken and she even likes it. she has always wanted one. The old mercury or dial ones are just too hard to use and have never proven accurate. We got rid of the old ones and in with the new.i like the design, when closed the thermometer turns off and instantly comes on when opened. it comes complete with its own little screwdriver for the battery cover. its real easy to clean after use, just wipe the probe and your done.Recommend it for anyone who want to make grilling easy and accurate.
