Great gel for muscle soreness
This product works well – I like that it is not heavy like other creams for muscle soreness. The consistency reminds me of a thick HA serum – it’s kind of in between gel and liquid – leaning more towards gel. The scent is very subtle – I could only smell it for about a minute after putting on, and the stickiness evaporated in the same amount of time. As far as effectiveness, I feel like it did a good job. I was having some slight muscle soreness in my hips and legs that was stemming from my sciatica. I put this on, and it relaxed my muscles enough for me to be able to fall asleep comfortably. It did not completely get rid of the soreness, but it definitly relived the main issues I was having.One other note – while I do like the gel because of the quick absorption, I felt like I had to use a lot of the jar to get coverage on my thighs/hips. I had to take about 5 scoops out of the jar with my fingers (which felt like a lot) so I don’t think this will last as long as other products. I can imagine getting 5 or 6 uses out of each jar.

Gets tacky quickly
The ingredients in this massage gel do their job fairly well, but we found this gel to get very tacky, very quickly, which diminishes the ability to continue to give the massage without either applying more gel or substituting something else entirely. I suppose it could work for a quick and easy application to appease sore muscles, but it doesn’t really work for full massages.

Great for short term relief.
This purple pain relief gel is great for short term relief. I do have to reapply it often throughout the day, but it does work great for short term relief. The gel absorbs quickly and doesnât leave my skin feeling sticky or dry. Thereâs a scent to it, but itâs not strong and it does dissipate quickly after rubbing it in. This two pack is a great value seeing that thereâs two containers included and only a small amount is needed with each application. If you are looking for a gel for short term pain relief I highly recommend this purple massage gel. Works great and itâs a great value!

Easy to apply and helps after long long days
This joint massage gel spreads smoothly and absorbs quickly without leaving a greasy slippery layer that stays on the skin. It’s light and easy to work into the skin, especially useful after being on your feet for a while or dealing with joint tightness.I used it mostly on knees and wrists and found it helped with daily stiffness. The texture feels nice and the formula didnât irritate my skin. Both jars were sealed well and arrived in good condition.If you’re looking for something gentle to use regularly for general joint care, this works as expected and is a decent value for a two-pack!

Subtle and Soothing
I received two jars of this Joint Purple Gel, Massage Gel Joint Pain, Soothing Massage Gel, and Turmeric Extract. I enjoyed the very light scent, not overpowering. The gel itself is very thin, not sticky. I didn’t feel any residue after rubbing it in, or an hour later. The menthol leaves a nice tingling sensation, and helps relieve the aching I was feeling in my knee. One thing worth mentioning is that the two jars were only half full, so I combined them. Somehow I didn’t feel like it was getting full value for two, therefore the 4 stars, not 5.
