Iâve been using this massage gun almost every day after workouts and during work breaks. It packs enough punch to reach deep muscle knots without feeling too intense. The different modes and precision levels made it easy to find what works for my legs after running and my shoulders after a long day at the desk. The 15-minute auto timer gives me peace of mind so I never use it too long.The light therapy feature caught my attention and Iâm happy to say it does feel like a little extra boost. Iâve noticed improved circulation in areas where I use it, especially around my calves. It does not add any extra noise or heat, so I still feel relaxed rather than overloaded.Battery life has surprised me in a good way. I won’t lie, this guy is a beefy device. I wasn’t quite expecting the size of it, but it will certainly allow you to target large areas like an entire quad or fully across your back all at once, so it will actually work out nicely. The balls are like a dense foam-like material, so they are nice and soft and shouldn’t hurt your skin. It has a ton of options for speed and patterns to meet whatever needs you might have.

Pleasantly surprised at how much I love this massager
I wasn’t expecting much out of this massager; 12 heads sounds like a crazy gimmick rather than a functional feature. But boy am I happy to be wrong!My first surprise was when I started testing the settings. I hadn’t noticed that there were thirty (thirty!) levels of intensity, so as it kept going higher and higher my eyebrows went with it. I likely won’t ever use the highest settings, but the fact that it CAN go that high means that it’s got the power to maintain the lower settings even when applying pressure instead of conking out. And this thing is QUIET! Usually massagers making that claim are exaggerating; not this one. I think we mayyyyybe turned the TV volume up a notch or two, and we both have problems understanding dialogue over background noise.I’m really enjoying that the huge number of heads means I can hit a large area at a time, particularly when massaging the bottoms of my feet, where I tend to get cramps, or when working a knot out of my partner’s shoulder. If you want to target a smaller area, you can just tilt the massager so a smaller number of heads make contact.I’ve seen another person complain that the massage heads are too soft, and honestly I have no idea what they’re talking about. The foam heads are pretty firm, with just enough give to keep you from getting injured as this thing pounds away at your muscles. (Even so, you should exercise caution at higher settings.) If you’re a real masochist with no regard for safety, you can always pull off the foam covers and just use the bare plastic.My only real complaints are that there are no cleaning instructions and seemingly no way to replace the foam heads if they get damaged, which seems inevitable over a long enough span of time.

What’s better than a lame massager with only one head? A massager with two heads. What’s infinitely better than that? A massager with TWELVE heads!!! This is a generic, unbranded product, but it’s still good. It comes safely packaged between Styrofoam. This beast is made of solid, thick, durable plastic. The balls are soft and squishy foam balls, so while you get a really good vibration that covers a wide area, it’s not a painful massage. I think the balls could have been harder, or ideally would have been interchangeable, and come with a hard set. If you like it hard and painful, I think you will be disappointed, because even pushing down on this really hard, you don’t get that. Although the balls pop off really easily, so you can take them off and use the hard plastic knobs underneath. What I envision as the best use of this is when your partner asks for a back massage and you are too tired, or you don’t want your hands or arms to hurt, so you can always reach for this massager.
