Salon quality product!!
Love this product! As with the majority of reviews, I first used this in a hotel that I stayed at on vacation. I love the feel of my hair and the smell is amazing! My hair feels softer and lighter and it’s great knowing I don’t have all those horrible chemicals in my hair. I was a little skeptical to purchase this product because some of the reviews suggest it’s not the same product in the bottle as it is at the hotel. I believe that it is the same product. Although it might be a little thinner. I feel like I’m using more pumps than I did in the hotel. Not entirely sure. But I do love it and I plan to continue buying it! They actually sell it in a gallon size and that will be my next purchase.

Wow!
I had the chance to use this shampoo & conditioner when we stayed at the Hampton Inn in Fort Myers, Florida last year & this past April. I was so impressed with how it made my hair so soft & shiny & how it made it smell so good that I ordered it as soon as we came back from vacation. It never disappointed me .

Not worth it at all
Went to spend a day at hotel with friends visiting from out of state. Showered after a day off swimming and catching up. This was in the hotel bathroom and it left my hair so soft light and flowy. I needed to get my hands on this for everyday use. So I called hotel and made sure this was the brand they use. Upon ordering it arriving and me using it, this is not the same product they send to their hotels. The same name same brand but not the same effects. Left my hair clean but not light soft and flowy. Tried a few times and the same disappointment. For the price it isn’t worth it. My hair does fine with store bought shampoo and conditioner that costs way way less.. never again. I will however use if I’m ever at that chain of hotels again to see if the formula is the same as the one I fell in love with. I am a African American female and it worked on all of our hair that day but the one ordered is not so great at all. Even the scent is different.

Bottle is not as advertised
This conditioner is great. Leaves hair soft and shiny without weighing it down. I was not happy that the conditioner I received arrived in a bottle designed for the hotel shower dispenser (tall and notched in back to slide into the wall dispenser).

Good conditioner. However you need to use a lot of it for thick hair.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I knew from the minute I used this in The Hampton Inn that I had to order it! Was not disappointed!
