The contoured durable Standard D-ring cuff (H-CR24) fits arms 9″ to 13″ in circumference. Before you purchase a replacement cuff, it’s important to determine the best cuff size for you. To determine your arm size, use a cloth measuring tape and measure the circumference of your left upper arm midway between your elbow and shoulder. Ensuring that the blood pressure cuff is neither too tight nor too loose will help ensure the most accurate readings providing you a more accurate picture of your heart’s health. This cuff is not compatible with the 2014 Advanced Accuracy Blood Pressure Monitor Series.

Perfect fit
Bought this to replace old cuff that had worn out on older model Omron which still works. The cuff is just the right size and works well.

Perfect BP cuff for Small to average arms
This blood pressure cuff is just the right size for my Mom. The standard cuff with her monitor was difficult to use as it had too much excess flap. This cuff is perfect and works with her Omron BP7100 monitor. It is much less cumbersome and easier for her to wrap on her arm.

Works as well as the original cuff
My original cuff started acting up and this fixed the issue.

The cuff is much too big for people who are thin
I am disappointed that the cuff is so large. I have to hold it on my arm with the other hand or it comes off. It is more accurate than the Omron I bought from Amazon last year. That one gives a very high reading which scared me so much I almost went to the ER but my boyfriend who has low blood pressure tried it and it gave him a very high reading also. Glad we did not go to the ER! The Omron is easier to put on and has a better cuff but that’s not much help if it does not work correctly!!! I know the wrist monitors are not supposed to be as accurate but I had one years ago and may have to buy another one. What a waste of money!

Sleeve for blood pressure cup.
I didn’t know when you have small arms, it will read it better correctly. I ordered 2 sizes and the 1 size fit. I threw away the bag and all to return it. So I have one for a smaller arm. I used a medium.

AWESOME!!! Properly fits “normal” arms, better readings.
This one is sooo much better! The Omron BP710 came with a 9″ – 17″ cuff. What the heck. The 17″ end is for a body builder’s arm, the size of a small ham. This is being used with a 98 year old 4’11” tall senior and 60 year old 6′ guy. This new 9-13 fits the senior perfectly just above the 9″ mark. Then fits the 60 year old guy perfectly just before the 13″ mark. For the senior, the original cuff was ridiculous. 6″ of cuff left over. Yes, it fit, but the extra did seem to affect the reading. With this new properly sized cuff the unit comes up with a reading (nearly) every time and accurate in terms of about what we are expecting. With the original 17″ cuff, 2/3 of the time it would pump up to 210 or more and then give up, coming up with an error code. Took several tries to get a reading. This new cuff works (nearly) every time and doesn’t need to pump up more then 160 or so, from what I’ve seen so far.
