It’s a good neck stretcher. You can adjust the area of neck you want to stretch out and just lay down flat. I actually used this while on a yoga mat and just relaxed myself like I’m in a shavasana pose. I’m thankful that my item wasn’t a used item unlike what others have mentioned. It’s new to me. I use it at least 3x/week to relieve my neck pain. It’s a simple product that’s worth it even though I think it’s expensive for the price.

Makes neck pain worse
Absolutely do not buy, it made my neck pain worse when I used it. The product says that other neck stretchers are bad but in reality those are better because this product is too invasive. I used it for herniated disks in my neck and it caused more soreness and nerve pain.
