    Value! The book has 30+ recipes, tips and hacks for cooking and meal planning, and a journal, plus his personal story about the author and his journey to living a plant based life, which I could relate to. He talks about the before and after and how his health and healing improved as a D1 college athlete and beyond. Add this book to your collection or as a good read and reference manual.

    This cookbook is so well written and personal! The recipes in this book are DELICIOUS so happy I have been able to make some recipes!! This is not your average cook book, this goes deeper than just recipes! There is so much knowledge and information in this book! I HIGHLY recommend purchasing, you won’t regret it!
