An easy to apply soft patch of pain relief. Relatively pricey but that includes no fuss application and removal. Theres no smell nor sticky residue.

Nice size & warmth lasts a long time. Stickiness not best if you accidentally remove a small section with clothes, you might need to keep in place with pantâs & trousers to continue warmth benefits to desired area.

Heat patches with no medication. I can feel some heat so they work but nothing too much or uncomfortable. I donât believe that the heat alone is helpful without any medication for my lower back pain. The instructions are clear. Adamant not to leave it on the skin for more than 8 hours while using a patch per day max.
