Easy to Stick With

I feel good on the long ingredient list, Saw Palmetto, Pumpkin Seed, Ashwagandha, Reishi, it looks covers a lot of bases. He didnât experience any negative side effect so far. The capsules are average size and easy enough to swallow, and the bottle seems to last about a month if taken daily.Now after finishing the first bottle, he didnât feel a big difference in overall energy or well-being, the sleep quality just like normal, so itâs hard to say if the adaptogens are really pulling their weight. It could be one of those things that takes longer to notice.
