Work very well for me, especially for wearing at work
Love these so much! They actually stay warm for 8 hours and provide enough heat to help keep my muscles loose enough while I’m moving around at work. I have an autoimmune disease and fibromyalgia, so all my muscles and joints pretty much always hurt. I find this form of the Thermacare heat wrap products is most versatile and stays in place well, I use them mainly along my back, neck, and shoulders (also the neck and back ones are great; the joint ones don’t stay in place as well for me; all have adhesive except the back ones which have a velcro-type attachment). I find I often can even reposition them a couple times before the stickiness stops sticking well.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I like the variety and prices of the Thermcare products that Amazon carries. Thermacare itself is a very good and powerful brand. Does not produce skin sensitivity and the pads can be applied to various areas on the body.Â

Great for Pain Management
Constant neck and shoulder pain. I have three different types of these pads. They heat up quickly and stay warm throughout the night. Adhesive is mostly good and when itâs good, it takes running water on it while showering to get it loosened. I bought a ton of them even though they can be costly per package. They work.The con is sometimes the adhesive. Stays put for the most part if skin is super dry, I.e. no oil or moisture on skin.

These did not stay in place when used on my lower back. They were better on back shoulder as long as you stayed off the edge of the shoulder blade. My heating pad turned out to be a better option.
