Limited features but works for me!
The AJELU toothbrush set is a great intro to “fancier” dental products as you graduate from traditional toothbrushes.The bristles on the brush head don’t move individually, just vibrate. Even with that it leaves teeth squeaky clean. The brushes are on the softer side of firm so will work well for those with sensitive gums.I do wish different attachments were available ie tounge scrapers, silicone brush and picks.I appreciate the 2 minute timer at 30 second intervals. That way I can still be sure I’m doing a thorough cleanse even while half asleep.The uv sanitizing stand is the real star of the show. I’m lucky enough that my vanity is separated from my bathroom; but who hasn’t heard the statistics of how dirty toothbrushes really are. Yuck! This uv sanitizer and dryer give peace of mind, one less dirty thing to worry about. The stand does need to be pluged in during use which would be inconvenient if you don’t have access to an outlet.Overall I think this is a valuable set, the price is fair for what you get but you would have to splurge more for more features. I am happy with this for the time being and look forward to continue using this as a part of my dental health routine.

UV keeps bacteria away. Charging cup keeps charging pad clean. Long battery life. Poor brush heads.
This was $70 at the time I got it, so a little pricey. That said, it has great features – including UV sanitizer. This helps prevent buildup of the orange Serratia marcescens bacteria that is frequently found in bathrooms or anywhere moist. The cup design is helpful at keeping bacteria at bay as well. Just toss it into the dishwasher every couple uses. The base of my old electric toothbrush would usually crust over from hard water dripping down, which I can’t wash off b/c the power cord is attached to it. I recommend you charge this in the cup. You get 180 hrs of use out of a single charge, so if you want to bring it with you when traveling, this is convenient. Brush heads are not high quality. My old ones have plastic / silicone bristles for cleaning gums & tongue and stiff bristles to really get your plaque.

This toothbrush is excellent. Comes with a bunch of replacement brushes, charger, stand, rinsing cup. The stand charges the toothbrush and also houses a slot for sanitizing and drying the brush after each use, using UV light. I dont think I’ve ever seen such a thoughtful set up for a toothbrush! This is a great option for anyone who wants a germ free toothbrush. The battery life has been great so far. Haven’t had to charge it once yet. The bristles are just about perfect too. Not too hard or soft.
