Perfect for muscle relaxer in certain areas….
I got it for my back.. I have bad nerve and muscle damage after surgery.. but had to use it for a severe muscle cramp in my upper thigh area… the best thing going for that..I strapped it on and allowed it to do what was needed… relax the muscle… worked perfectly… good investment…

This has been amazing. We use it to supplement our trigger massager and TENS unit after our girls volleyball tournaments. They love how easy it is to adjust to other areas and the battery lasts a long time.

Less versatile than hoped but extremely good at what it does well
I really don’t know if I would say this massager is quiet. It’s really not… in fact it is super loud. For my usage that’s fine, though. This massager is incredibly strong and the settings are dramatically different, none of the “did I actually increase that?” you sometimes see. It is just the right size to use on your back but a bit awkward for places like the neck or leg. For the back it’s super easy because you can use it basically just as pictured, but other areas require a little more finagling. I also found that because it’s a very rounded shape it didn’t have focused enough bits to get at knots in my shoulders or really do a great job on focused areas of my body other than my back. Basically… this does an exceptional job if you need a back massager you can use as a solitary person. If you want it to have more versatility and be good for other parts of your body, I personally found I preferred the percussion massage gun I already had. But the percussion massage gun totally fails with being able to use it on your back as a solitary person where this excels, so weigh out what matters more for you.

Quite a Powerful Massage
I wouldnât really call it a massage gun because itâs more of a ring. This massager is rechargeable so I can walk around the house with it instead of being âplugged in.â It can be hand held for use or attached to a shoulder, leg, etc. with a strap that is included, innovative.I like that I can select from a very light touch constant massage (1 through 5 modes) to a deep more alternating and vibrating massage (1 through 3 modes). It will automatically turn off after 15 minutes and will last several sessions before a recharge is needed.

You can use your hand to place it where you need it or use the belt for hands free. It has several different modes; however, it doesn’t really tell you anywhere which ones are better for different benefits. I guess you just move through the modes until you find one that feels good for a paticular part of your body. I attached photos of the included directions which are minimal but sufficient. On the Amazon product description page it says that it burns fat but I wish it had more information about which mode to use. I am glad I got this product and look forward to using it for fat burning and for the recent back pain I have been having. So far it is releiving the back pain I have after sitting. another neat thing about this is that you could wear this traveling. My back has been hurting after sitting in the car for hour long trips. I will try this on my next trip!

Impressive.
This thing is a lot more powerful than I expected it to be. Very weighty, good rubber texture on the outside, and the vibration is very strong. The pictures make it seem like the intended use is to have it strapped to you, but you can kind of pistol grip it and use it on anything you want really. I really like this one.
