WORKS! At least in my case.
I took this for 1 year between blood tests. I didn’t make many diet changes although I switched from heavy cream in my coffee to half & half, and less butter overall. I also started Dr. Berg’s vitamin D supplement but no idea if that contributed. I was doing keto/carnivore and my LDL was really high. I wasn’t really concerned because everything else was great but I started adding these and also the Garlique for blood pressure. I took one of each daily and that’s not the recommendation but was my own decision. No other changes really and I remained moderately active the whole time period. My cholesterol went from 281 to 180 in 12 months. Again, I was active and I ate a low carb high fat diet. I did reduce the fat. Also note there that healthy lifestyle was a constant. This isn’t a miracle supplement. No side effects. Small, easy to swallow, no smell, burps, stomach upset. Excellent product.

A good garlic supplement to consider
Have always purchased this brand. Take it more as an added supplement. Canât say it makes a difference in overall health other than what is written as to garlic being good for cholesterol etc. and its overall benefits. No after taste or upset stomach and one a day makes it convenient. If wanting to take a garlic supplement as part of your daily regimen, I would look at this brand for consideration.

great stuff
Stuff works. started taking back in December 2024 when for my yearly checkup in April 2025 no change in diet LDL went form 121 to 95 and blood pressure went from 140 over 90 to 127 over 71

Tastes fine, but I’m not sure it had much of an effect. Very likely it’s dependent on the person.
