Good introductory length for first time users
Thereâs definitely a place in your skin care toolbox for a derma roller and youâll see some results. This is a .25 needle length and Iiâs a great way to get introduced to micro needling, the concept of injuring your skin to promote new skin growth. Definitely learn to use it and see if you like it, and then research what the best needle length is for your needs. Some promote a full 1.00 mm as necessary for real results. Donât overdo it or do it more than twice a month I think . Give your skin the time to heal. Thereâs some great videos online to learn more and as always, lots of opinions. I like it ! I use it and Iâve seen some success. Great price for about 8 sessions of use .

It’s OK…but not my favorite.
Iâve used various microneedlers for derma-rolling for a few years now, and it seems that lots of them are only on the market very fleetingly. I got this one in the â#0.5â variation (though I canât figure out what that number means).It rolls smoothly, and the needles started out sharp. However, they dulled pretty quickly, and I donât see replacement heads available to fit this handle. Iâve also now noticed that these needles are stainless steel, instead of titanium. A shame, because the storage case is nice and the handle fits nicely in my hand â but Iâm going to go back to the brand with titanium needles and replacement heads.Thanks for reading; I hope that my review helps you out!

I hadn’t tried anything like this before, but I’m a fan. It doesn’t hurt, and really seems to help my skin absorb the products I use after. Easy to use, and seems like a good value. I would recommend.

I initially got it for when itâs time to replace my current one, but it stands out for better addressing certain areas of my face.[SIZE AND USABILITY]: I love the size for working the worry wrinkle crease zone between my eyebrows and the bridge of my nose. It’s also great for lips and working close to the corners of your eyes.[STORAGE CASE]: Plus, I love the storage case. It keeps the roller clean and protected after sterilizing, which is super important if Iâm using it on my face.[FINAL THOUGHTS]: Overall, a really nice microneedling roller. Basic, good.
This dermaroller seems to be good quality.The needles seem sharp and well attached. I haven’t noticed any loose needles before or after use (I have an unfounded fear of a needle breaking off in my skin.)It has a very shallow depth of penetration and you basically don’t feel it going into your skin at all.

Needles are not straight pins and painful to roll
I will not use this regularly as the needles are like v shaped, instead of actual pins. If you let them sink all the way into your skin or press them in, each needle is quite large and painful to rotate. I think this offers an unhealthy amount of skin damage for a home treatment.
