Great sunscreen, flavor might not be for everyone.
I got the açaà flavored one. The smell is pleasant, subtle and unobtrusive. It works great and seems to stay on for a long time, only needing to reapply every few hours if Iâm in the sun for a long enough time. The only caveat is that if youâre not careful, you will taste a slight chemical sunscreen flavor if you accidentally lick your lips or get too much mouth moisture on it. Itâs not the most unpleasant or offensive flavor though, and it goes away pretty quickly. This seems to be normal with most sunscreen lip balms with SPF this high that Iâve tried in the past.

Love this lip balm! I was looking for a balm with spf. This one is fantastic. Has a little shine, itâs not sticky and is really moisturizing. The bonus is the light mint flavor.

Great smell and consistency, horrible taste
I use this SPF flip balm in the morning or when Iâm going for a run, to the beach, etc. The texture feels just like regular lip gloss. I got the açaà flavor, which smells amazingâbut the taste is really weird. Even if you donât mean to, it ends up in your mouth and itâs hard to get rid of. Despite that, I still use it because it protects my lips and smells great.

Disappointing Formula-Burns and Doesnât Stay Put
I had high hopes for this SPF lip balm, especially from a trusted brand like Supergoop!, but this one was a major letdown. The texture is oddly chunky, not smooth like youâd expect from a balm, and it feels gritty going on. Worst of all, it actually burned my lips after applying-definitely not what you want in a product meant to protect sensitive skin.It also wears off really quickly, which defeats the purpose of using SPF at all. Between the unpleasant texture, irritation, and lack of staying power, this was a hard pass for me. Would not recommend, especially for anyone with sensitive lips.

I like the minty smell it has but when you apply it, it tastes gross. Itâs pretty thick which I donât mind too much but I have a hard time wearing it due to the taste.

Highly recommend! Stays on good and really protects your lips. Better than any other product I have tried in the past.
