Has been 6 months and going strong.
Holds a charge for a long time and great for making mealtime more interesting forMy pup. I also love using it for training. I can give him a cue when he has done the behavior I want and he gets a reward without me having to get dog kibble or dog slobber on my hands all the time. Great invention and fun to use.

Fun to use for the owner mental stimulation for the dog
Does exactly what it tells you it will. This is the way I feed my dog now because he’s a total inhaler. He has to run from one end of the house to the other for his meals. Gives him some exercise, mental stimulation, and prevents him from wolfing down his food. Battery life is adequate. I just wish the capacity was a bit larger so I didn’t have to fill it twice for every meal.

    So Much Fun!
I got this when the price was marked down around Christmas, but it is worth every penny of the regular price! It was easy to put together and came with a bit of a charge already. I have used it with varying sizes of treats and kibble and it just takes a little adjusting of the release door on the ball that spins in the unit.Training my dog to figure it out was easy. In all of 5 minutes, she knew what she had to do to get the goodies. She’s a little over-the-top about everything she does (what else would you expect from a Pittie/Lab mix, though?) And it has stood up to her very well. It’s easy to clean with a microfiber cloth and a little soapy water. It charges pretty fast, though she has never fully run the charge out. She get tired long before that happens.Charlee Bear treats work well in this as they are pretty consistent in size. Plus, they’re low calorie, so win-win!The suction cup for the button works really well on a smooth surface. Maggie chooses to bite the button (🤦🏻‍♀️) and the cup and button have held up well. Never had it fall off.I would buy this again and again at the regular price. So worth it!

Fun and sturdy—keeps my dog thinking, even if setup takes a minute
This toy does exactly what it promises—and even comes with some cute little stickers, which was a nice surprise. My dog picked up on the concept pretty quickly, although I will say the instructions aren’t super intuitive. Thankfully, there’s a QR code that helps bridge the gap, and once you get the hang of it, it’s pretty straightforward. It’s definitely sturdy and well-made. The food container isn’t very large, which is actually helpful since it limits overfeeding, but it also means I’m still figuring out how to work it into a daily routine without constantly refilling. Still, watching my dog stay engaged and actually problem-solve is worth it.It’s a bit pricey for what it is, but if it holds up long term, I’d call it a solid investment.

Great fun to keep you dog occupied.
I live in an apartment. My 1 yr old dog needs enrichment activities to prevent destructive behavior. She can’t go exploring in a yard to occupy her mind so this is very helpful especially on rainy days when walks are limited. She learned quickly to press the button to get a treat. I first put a little peanut butter on the button to teach her to touch it. Now she pushes the button, hears the tone and listens for the treat to drop into the tray. I have the button at one end of my apartment and the treat dispenser at the other. She runs to get her treat. It’s great because it can be adjusted to allow different size treats to drop. It also is USB chargeable. It comes with the charging cord. Fun activity also to keep her busy while I’m cooking or doing something uninterrupted.

    Holy battery life!!
My dog has the unfortunate habit of immediately devouring any food put in front of her. I tried various slow feeding bowls, but they hardly slowed her down at all. Since you can set this to only dispense a few kibble at a time, it drastically increased her feeding time. There was a bit of a learning curve to get her to push the button. She was scared of it at first and refused to go anywhere near it. We put a little bit of whipped cream on the button and she eventually decided that her favorite treat was well worth whatever risk the button posed. Then she discovered that the body dispensed more food and she was hooked. I made this sound easy and simple. Not gonna lie. It took about a week for her to be willing to touch the button. I’ve had this feeder for almost 2 months now and haven’t had to charge it once. I’d say that’s pretty darn impressive. Especially since I forget to turn off both pieces sometimes. A little kibble does sometimes get stuck in the machine. But the lid comes off pretty easy and then it’s like the French fry in the bottom of the bag. One last treat for my baby girl. It’s a cute little thing. I like the stickers that come with it. It is a little light, but there isn’t any reason it needs to be heavy. The button and main housing are holding up great to twice daily use. I’d highly recommend this to anyone looking for a way to slow there pawed friends eating habits. The ball holds about a cup of food, so you may need to refill it if you dog eats more then that in a sitting. The little scoop that came with it is annoying. I’ve ended up just using a cup and coaxing the food into the slot on the internal food ball.

Too hit or miss on dispensing.
Though it is an innovative toy, as a slow feeder, it doesn’t work. You have to put a good amount in it and make the ‘opening’ too wide for it to send out any kibble. And then it sends out too much so it gets gobbled up too fast.  So it is discouraging for my dog to hit the button so often with nothing coming out. Thus I’m returning this.

    Interactive treat dispenser
My dog absolutely loves this. It has good stability, sturdy, treats dispenser works well, easy to use, light weight, eat ability good. Great value to keep my dog entertained running from one side of the house to the other to press the button and then retrieve her treats!

Amazing. My mini schnauzer loves it. He worked it out so quickly.Within a few minutes ge figured it out. We started off with the button on top of the machine on the first day then second day we moved it infront of it.

Good toy for the intelligent hound but could be better. My 36kg Ridgeweiller learnt it quickly and enjoys it, although having taught her to nose target previously definitely helped with this. Overall I would be happy to pay more for a heavier, sturdier, more consistent unit with larger capacity.Pros:-It mostly works as advertised.-USB rechargeable batteries in both dispenser and remote, no need to buy batteries. Edit 11/06/25: I have charged the batteries in both toy and remote ONCE on receipt of the toy and used it maybe 60+ times since then, sometimes forgetting to turn it off in between uses. The rechargeable battery life is truly remarkable.-Good sounds in remote and can be programmed with your own voice.Cons:-Far Too light. The photos are misleading as the toy is actually v.small. However, the tray the treats drop into is big enough for a large dog, so the size isn’t specifically an issue, but the unit is v.light and can be knocked around easily. I’ve trained my dog not to do this but it feels flimsy and can be pushed/toppled easily. Better grip pads/a suction cup on the base of both the dispenser and the remote holder (curiously there IS one on base of the unprotected remote), would be a potential solution.-The kibble capacity is relatively low, essentially the volume of a tennis ball. I’m using Purina Pro plan large athletic puppy which are 6(?)mm triangular kibbles.-Kibble isn’t consistently dispensed. Sometimes you get one, sometimes 7, sometimes none which confuses the dog. Because it’s sometimes none, it teaches the dog to press the button multiple times, so mine has started doing this to collect larger amounts of kibble on each ‘lap’. One solution might be a timed lock-out (5 secs?) preventing repeated button activations but this could be problematic on the times when it doesn’t dispense.
