Great Iâams variety for long haired cats
Best ever dry food for my long hair, Thea cat ðCuts way down on hair balls. She really enjoys the flavor. (thatâs a biggie). She is low on teeth and the morsels are just the right size For her to digest, very little upchucking.With the Iams brand I feel that Iâm giving her the BEST. She is such a sweetie and thatâs what she deserves.

Healthy, Affordable Cat food
My long-haired cat loves this food. He used to throw up constantly and I havenât noticed more than a hairball every now and then after starting him on this. He was on this brandâs digestive help for a while but we switched to this. He seems to be very healthy while on this food. High quality food, my vet recommended it. It doesnât smell pungent but the cats love the taste. One bag lasts us a while with 4 cats, so itâs a decent size too. All my cats have shiny and soft fur, but Iâm not sure if thatâs because of the food or not.

Hairball formula but does not stop the issue. I do find however that the hairball issue has slightly reduced after having both cats on this for a few months. They like smaller kibble and transitioned to this IAMS formula quite nicely. I do quite like the packaging, it’s always shipped in a bigger box than what it really needs to be but everything is sealed and appropriate and a manner in which you would expect. Ships well. Holds up well. They don’t seem to be any problems with them digesting and throwing up fur balls. I don’t notice any difference in their coat. It is a good value for a good product. We have this on auto ship.

I have rescue cats and used Iams many years ago. Since my crew has developed a lot of urinary tract infections they were all put on a urinary diet which they were on for years. I decided to switch them back to Iams because I was familiar with it, although I did a bunch of research on it before I switched. Everyone has a beautiful shiny coat and their poop is wonderful. There is no diahhrea. They all love it. I work in an Animal Hospital and I have always recommended Iams to Clients because it’s middle of the road in cost and is much healthier than the grocery store brands. If you want a happy, healthy cat go to Iams. Some of the foods in specialty stores have way too much protein which only causes kidney and liver disease. The grocery store brands have no nutritional value at all. A long healthy happy life is what we all strive for. Give it a try.
