Far from typical dog kibble, Rachael Ray Nutrish Dish Beef & Brown Rice Recipe With Veggie & Fruit Blend dog food is inspired by real recipes from Rachael Ray’s kitchen. It provides complete and balanced nutrition for dogs of all sizes, with tastes and textures dogs love. Real beef is always the number one ingredient (more on that below). Meanwhile, brown rice — a carbohydrate that′s low in fat but high in fiber — helps support healthy digestion and is a good source of energy. Plus, there are real ingredients you can see in every bowl: REAL CHICKEN PIECES are slow roasted with a real delicious meat texture and hickory smoke flavor — and they contain protein to help support healthy organs and maintain lean muscle mass. COIN-CUT CARROTS are a source of fiber that helps support healthy digestion. Plus, they offer a tasty crunch. FIELD PEAS are excellent sources of vitamins, minerals and dietary fiber to help support healthy digestion. CRISP APPLES are a tasty source of fiber and minerals, which help support overall well-being. Order now to give your furry family member the nutritious, tasty and high-quality they deserve.

Customers love this dog food’s taste and appreciate its quality, noting it’s made of good ingredients without corn, wheat, or soy. The food contains actual vegetables that customers can see, and they report no digestive issues. While some customers find it a great value, others feel it’s too expensive. The meat content receives mixed feedback, with some customers loving the meat chunks while others note there are very few. The size also gets mixed reviews, with some appreciating the perfect bag size while others find the pieces too large, particularly for smaller dogs.

Only dry food my dog will eat!
This is basically the only dry food my dog will willingly eat. Just the chicken flavor. Same with my last dog. Both dogs had sensitivity to grains. This one brand has been hard to in any stores. The dog loves it without a fuss.

I want to give my dog the best food possible
I was looking into the Farmers Dog and other real foods for my dog but she does not react well to food with too much moisture. I wanted to find a good dry food. Ive learned that a lot of kibble products are not healthy at all. I was very concerned with the ingredients. I did my research. Rachel Ray Dish was test by researchers and scored very well on quality. There were 3 ingredients the study made note of and only because there is not concrete evidence for those ingredients. These ingredients are not dangerous, but they have mixed reviews on whether they are nutritional. For the price, I find the Dish a great choice for my pup. I copied and pasted what I found about the 3 ingredients. (*Brewers rice – this item is of only modest nutritional value to a dog. *Beet pulp is a controversial ingredient, a high fiber by-product of sugar beet processing. Some denounce beet pulp as an inexpensive filler while others cite its outstanding intestinal health and blood sugar benefits.Additionally, this product contains *sodium selenite, a controversial form of the mineral selenium. Sodium selenite appears to be nutritionally inferior to the more natural source of selenium found in selenium yeast.)

Great food loved more than treats
This food is amazing! We’ve been buying the other Rachael Ray food, because it seems higher quality than the “big name” brands. Saw this on a commercial and decided to try it. And good thing I did! My baby loves it, she gobbles it down right away as if it’s a treat, not just dog food. There are plentiful chunks of dried carrots, little bacon-shaped things, peas, chicken chunks, etc. All the meat is named meat (i.e. “Poultry Fat” vs “Animal Fat”), which is a good thing. If they don’t list the source of the meat, you can bet it’s sourced from something you wouldn’t want your loved-ones eating. Google for more info if you’re interested on unnamed meat.Often times I add water to her Rachael Ray food (enough to just cover the food), stir in a little flour (to thicken), some FreshPet doggie sausage (fridge section at dog store), and maybe some leftovers (chicken, pretzels, whatever), microwave for a minute, and let sit for 10 minutes (until the water soaks in). The food poofs up, she loves it, and it’s easier to digest. It also stretches my dollar when it comes to feeding my girl, without resorting to junky food with questionable ingredients.I was initially a little wary of the dried peas, I know many dog food makers add dried peas to increase the protean percentage (dried peas have very high protean, but isn’t a form that’s as good as mean), but there is plenty of meat as well in this food to provide a good, balanced, high-energy diet, which does in fact have a lot more “good” protean than your average dog food. She loves this more than the other Rachael Ray foods, and other dry foods (even more expensive ones like Blue Buffalo). It’s not that expensive and top quality. 5/5.

The package label doesn’t tell you that the second ingredient is chicken when it’s advertised as beef!!!……my dog is allergic to chicken. I had to give it away. There’s no return ing this item. Just beware. Dog food itself is of good quality just the labeling is not forthcoming.
