Great Travel And Hiking Item
This is great for hiking and walking the pup.It is easy to use.Took away one star because: the strap broke within 3 weeks.Also, I do wish the plastic was easier to squeeze. I am old and my hands hurt.Also the on and off button could be bigger or easier to tell off from on.It is still a great concept. No leakage so far. The noise doesn’t bother my chickenheart Maltipoo.

Perfect for travel, walks, and hikes!
We’ve tried out a few different portable water bottle devices over the years and this is one our pups and we can agree on! It’s super lightweight, convenient, and doesn’t get messy/no water leakage! Our dogs also for some reason prefer when water is moving to drink it, so they love the feature that the water squirts out the top. I’ve never seen them drink so much water as they do when they drink from this bottle!I also love it, because when they are dirty – the dirt/sand from their faces will catch at the top and not dirty up all the water – then the squeeze mechanism makes it easy to only catch a little bit of water and pour out the dirt/sand! Easy cleanup!So far the lock mechanism has worked perfectly and the flip bowl has been very great quality!

Works ok, with some drawbacks
Pros: Nice compact size for a routine walk with a medium-sized dog. Our dog seems to like drinking out of it. The bowl part is a good size and shape for its purpose.Cons: On/off dial is shallow and a bit tricky to grasp and turn if you donât have sturdy fingernails – difficult to close without squeezing out more water. . Difficult to minimize doggie backwash getting sucked back into the bottle – bottle must be rinsed and allowed to dry between uses to prevent gross bacterial buildup. Small bottle neck makes it difficult to thoroughly clean. Quality control isnât the best – carrying strap broke after one use.

Get it! Itâs so worth it
I love this little water bottle for my dog! I bought this for her for when we go on hikes. I like how it is small enough to fit in her backpack. We take it on all our little adventures. From hiking to side by side rides. It doesnât leak everywhere when put on its side. It seems very durable except for the little hand strap thatâs around it. I love that you can fill the bowl on top and whatever she doesnât drink it can go back into the bottle. Then you just close the valve and press the bowl back over the bottle and go! Super easy! It is well worth the money and honestly It was pretty cheap compared to others I looked at. I have recommended it to a lot of other family members who have dogs and love to travel with their furry friends!

Not ideal for âhands-freeâ use
This is ok for normal use, but not very useful for car use.You need to squeeze the water out and *hold the bottle squeezed* or the water sucks right back out. Thatâs fine for many situations, but I was looking for something I could stuff in my carâs cup holder and easily give our dog a quick drink⦠mostly âhands free.â This isnât great for that purpose.I do like the retracting bowl feature and the overall compact size, but I think there was a missed opportunity to provide a thin layer of insulation to the container.
