Autistic/ADHD 6 year old
My son hyperactive, autistic, adhd son has struggled to sleep his entire life. Constant sleep problems since he was an infant. Although I was against melatonin, we tried it out of desperation because his sleep patterns have been so erratic. They seemed to give him a headache and he would cry, fall asleep, but not stay asleep. We bought these drops because we were desperate to get him into some kind of routine for our own health and sanity. We have been on a swing shift for the last 3 years, just alternating between night shift and day shift because his bedtime would constantly move back an hour or two every night. This stuff has been amazing. 6 years of crazy sleep. I wish we had found it sooner. We give it to him about an hour before bedtime and he’s out. No crying, no pain, and he stays asleep. He also seems to like the flavor and doesn’t fight it at all. As picky of an eater he is (a kid that won’t even drink fruit juice), he seems to enjoy the strawberry flavor. If you have a hyper kid who can’t seem to relax enough to go to sleep, give it a try. You can see them physically relaxing shortly after taking it. 10/10. I hope it keeps working for him (so far, so good).

Put my kid to sleep and saved my sanity! After trying several gummy brands of mag glycine for kids this is incredible. Our go to brand that worked amazing became unavailable. Wasted so much money on gummies that probably had zero glycinate in it and did not work. I was desperate for sleep for myself and my kid.I have a 4 year old that has always struggled to shut her little mind off and go to sleep as well as stay asleep throughout the night. Extremely restless sleeper when she was. One ml of this and she is out in 20 to 30 minutes. Not only that, she sleeps so well and wakes up rested. No night terrors. I tired this myself, just one ml helped me fall asleep more quickly. Amazing for sleep. Works fast!
I almost never take the time to leave reviews but this stuff warrants some attention. My kids typically struggle to fall asleep at bedtime (20-60 min struggle at times with 25min being the average) despite trying to keep them calm and relaxed before bed with our routine and lighting etc. We have just recently started taking this magnesium supplement and they both absolutely crash at lights out. They also really enjoy the taste. My daughter would frequently wake in the middle of the night and she hasnât yet (again only about 4 nights in so far but she typically wakes at least once every night). Super easy to use. I wish I found this stuff years ago.

I bought this in hopes of helping my hyperactive son calm down throughout the day and sleep better at night. He has trouble sleeping and I like to avoid melatonin. Itâs been great! Itâs a great strawberry flavor so itâs easy to take and works within an hour. Heâs been more calm and focused and has been sleeping much better. I also use it for better sleep and can tell when I havenât had it. We are almost through our first bottle and I think itâs safe to say we will stick with this for a while. My only gripe is if you donât mix it with juice, thereâs a slight afterburn in your throat if you take it straight. I put it in my sonâs juice or milk and he says he canât taste it. I would absolutely recommend this stuff!
