Wonderful product
I have to admit. I was skeptical. However, weâve been using magnesium glycinate liquid drops for a few weeks now, and the difference is amazing! My child sleeps more soundly and seems more relaxed (and I have been using half the recommended dosage). I love that it’s gentle on the tummy and tastes mild enough to take straight. Of course you can mix into juice or water. Highly recommend for any parent looking for a calm, effective supplement!

Made a huge difference for my son
My son is autistic, and sleep has always been a challenge for him. Weâve tried several magnesium supplements in the pastâsome for months at a timeâbut they didnât seem to make a difference.This one worked almost immediately. He actually likes the taste, which is rare for him, and heâll take it straight from the dropper without me needing to mix it into juice. Thatâs a huge win for us.The small glass bottle with dropper is convenient and easy to use. Really works
This really works. I started giving this to my autistic 7 yr old son and it is amazing. He falls right asleep about 30-40 mins after taking it and stayed asleep all thru the night. He wakes up energized and happy. Iâm glad I tried it He has not complained about the taste and drinks it just fine.

Itâs great
Yaâll let me tell you. This was a life saver. My almost 2 year old boy fights going to sleep tooth and nail. Will stay up for hours even past his bedtime and Iâve tried EVERYTHING. I have tried the magnesium lotion or epsom salt baths which did nothing. The reason why I like this is because it is vitamin based. Iâm not willing to try melatonin because of the mixed information about it, but this being magnesium which helps developmentally along with other vitamins was a win for me. I only give him half a dose since he isnât quite at the recommended age for the dosage given heâs just a few months away and it works. Like a half hour before his bedtime and it helps calm him down enough to actually cuddle up, get comfortable and drift off to sleep. He wakes up refreshed and ready to take on the day⦠highly recommend

Great, but one downfall
This works better than expected. My 7yr old has ADHD and getting him to turn that little brain off and relax to go to sleep is challenging. My only gripe is since starting these drops he has started to wet the bed. I stopped for a few days to see if it was truly the drops and sure enough he stayed dry on the nights I didnât give it to him. It puts him in such a deep sleep, he isnât waking up to go to the bathroom.Otherwise, it seems to be a great product but I donât know if itâs worth having to wash sheets every day.

This stuff is amazing. It helps my very energetic 4 year old go to sleep and stay asleep. He squeezes it into his mouth all by himself and likes the taste.

No grogginess, or bad dreams (so far!)
So far, so good. I honestly think this helps my toddler wind down and relax. She is in the phase of fighting her sleep and in turn, giving me a run for my money. I don’t use this tincture every night. But, you can tell when your kids are on that type of behavior when you pick them up from school/daycare. Haha. I like that this doesn’t have any melatonin, either. I would definitely suggest this to my friends & family.

This stuff is great! My 3.5 yr old loves the taste and she gets sleepy within the hour. Normally she winds down and tosses/turns for 30+ mins before sleeping. When she takes this she goes right to sleep and sleeps wonderfully all night. I started taking something similar for myself to help with sleep so I thought I would try for her. Iâm impressed and so thankful for this product.
