Best Probiotics
I got these after a pretty intense bout of food poisoning as an attempt to reset my gut and get things back to normal. I noticed the effects of these immediately, and within the first week I felt way better, less bloating, more regularity. Even things like clearer skin and more energy. Iâm a Seed convert. I had good results with the two week reset. I drank plenty of water and constipation was not an issue. I think itâs helped me after years on antibiotics that have disrupted my microbiome. Now Iâm starting the everyday Seed probiotics.

Iâd read this review before trying this product!
I took this as instructed, and after perhaps three/four days, started to realize that I was not quite as âregularâ as normal. Nothing in the documentation or on Amazon mentioned this as a possible side effect, so I put it off as coincidental and kept taking it as instructed. In the evening of the eighth day of taking this, (and still not being quite as regular as I would normally be) I had strong cramping on the left side of my abdomen, and stopped taking it. It was difficult to get comfortable enough to sleep, the area was painful to press on, and I wasnât able to use the restroom to any real relief. After about 24 hours (during which time I barely ate, stayed hydrated, and had eventually productive bathroom visits again) the pain subsided significantly. Iâm now at 36 hours and the pain has almost left completely. Once I stopped taking this product, things seemed to improve, and nothing else in my diet was significantly different than normal, so I canât think of what else to attribute it to. Once a positive note, if youâre worried that the ingredients are merely placebos, you can stop worrying! lol

This stuff really works!!I have used it to get my gut back on track after needing antibiotics.I have noticed some of the health benefits after using it.Used their 30 day supply for three months originally to help reset my gut and it seems to have worked.

I have severe IBS and had not been on any probiotics in quite some time. Needless to say my gastro doctor wasn’t impressed! I decided that before I jumped back into my probiotics I’d give this 14 Day Reset from Seed a try. I was thoroughly impressed with the results. I didn’t realize how bad my gut health was until I began this 14 day regime. My gut hasn’t been in better shape since completing the 14 days. I’m sure everyone will be different from me, but I’m really impressed.

Convenient packaging for travel but not sure they are effective.
Iâve been using these Seed probiotics for about two months based on a recommendation from my sister. Iâm not sure that they work any better than other probiotics Iâve used before. I have IBS-C and hoped theyâd be as effective as advertised. I will give them a few more months since it can take time to make noticeable gut changes. In any case they are easy to swallow and the blister packs are easy to pack when traveling. They do have a slightly strange taste on the tongue but after I swallow them it goes away.
