Great for pet after surgery prevents constipation
This is an amazing product. Our dog had to have surgery and the medications after the surgery cause constipation. We started giving this to our dog about two weeks before his surgery. I am so thankful he does not have to strain himself after his ACL repair surgery, when going to the potty. It is a long 15 week recovery. This is one product that took some stress off of us. Our dog loves the taste we sprinkle perfect poo in our hand and he taste his medicationâs without even knowing it.

Nothing is really perfect, but this is awfully amazing…
I have a Golden Retriever mix w/Aussie Shepherd 78 pound, 3.5 years old. I got him at 1 year, 8 months and he had terrible poop. Previous family was feeding the cheapest dog food and I thought that was the problem, so I switched him (gradually) to Hills Science Diet for Sensitive Stomachs, having had great success with other dogs eating that. Stool improved, but not great. Also, he is a VERY fussy eater about his kibble! He will of course eat anything I’m eating… Anyway, everyone kept saying add pumpkin and or rice. Tried this to little avail. He doesn’t like the pumpkin if it’s cold, and you can’t put too much in!! I have put in warm rotisserie chicken, which eventually proved to be too much protein as well as his own mini hamburger mixed in with his kibble, which was very successful for getting him to eat it, but still- soft stool. Argh!So I tried Optagest, which is a sugar-consistency prebiotic type thing. It helped, but a lot of the granules wound up on the bottom of the dish and that stuff was $28 for a fairly small jar! So, while searching on Amazon, I came across Bernie’s. Loved the website and enthusiasm so decided to try it. Got the Cheddar. Cheese flavor and started small, as you should always do, and within a few days, my dog had the most healthy stool he’d ever produced. And the. He wouldn’t eat the cheddar cheese stuff anymore, no matter how many freeze dried liver treats I crumbled and mixed in. Argh again!Got in touch with Bernie’s and they said they would be happy to send me the Chicken flavor, free of charge, and keep the Cheddar cheese. Maybe see if a friend wants to try it.Beyond the fact of how impressive this policy is was how friendly and helpful the staff is. Really know that you are cared about and valuable to them! Secondly, that new package was in my hands in 48 hours!! I’m not saying that’s normal, it certainly wasn’t expected, but WOW! So after trying again with the pumpkin (which is just a NO for my guy) I decided to go back to a mini hamburger mixed in with 4 Tbsp of Bernie’s and 2 cups of Blue Wilderness kibble. So far so AWESOME! Puppa ate it all up and stool is much healthier. It’s been a week and it just gets better every day. Don’t need the pumpkin or the beef liver. Every dog is different so having a company understand and care about that is wonderful! Is it a bit expensive? First of all, what isn’t nowadays? But the fact is that now that I can buy less expensive kibble and don’t need beef liver treats it equals out to about what I was paying for the Hill’s and most importantly, my dog’s health has vastly improved. This includes his breath, which I didn’t realize would be part of the package. This product may not work for your dog, but then again it may, and it is virtually risk-free! I do not have tons of money and so having Bernie’s guarantee their product means a lot to me. Their incredible kindness means even more! I will definitely be looking into their other products as my dog’s needs change. Thank you for helping me and thank you so much for helping my dog!

Healthy Poop, Healthy Pup
Our puppyâs poop was a little too runny and inconsistent, due to a new home and new food. This has solved the problem and his poops are now perfect. (We also took a stool sample to the vet, just to make sure he was okay). This stuff works great, and he loves the taste. We sprinkle a little over every meal.

Happy dogs, happy parents!
Product worked within two days. Both our dogs had problems with messy stools, donât know why. We feed them very high quality food. So, I waited a good 2-3 weeks before posting a review to make sure it was indeed the product that was making a difference and that seems to be the case. Their stools are normal and firm. Thank God for this product!

Outstanding product!
We have been struggling with soft poop with our Samoyed since we got her as a puppy. Samoyeds are known to have sensitive stomachs but it was worse than I remembered, I had a Samoyed as a child as well). Almost every day, usually the second poop of the day would be soft.As of three years old, she was basically only eating her sensitive dog food, chicken and rice and any time we gave her more than a few treats, her poop would get softer, PB texture. It was really limiting her nutrient intake (I know how important food variety is for humans/dogs). I have been using the Purina Fortiflora for over a year on vet direction and I think it helps somewhat but not to where she would have consistent solid poops.She also was eating tons of grass, tree bark, dirt.I found this product after someone on my FB Samoyed group mentioned it. I saw the ingredients and thought this has got to be good (pumpkin, grass, bromlien, multiple probiotics – all things people recommend). I admit I was nervous to try this, what if it made it worse or caused diarrhea. I decided to go for it. I even reached out to the customer service and they were so nice, sent me a detailed email about how to introduce it slowly. They even suggested using it with the fortiflora as they are different probiotics.So, I started really small, like a few bits per meal. I’m now up to about 1/2 TBSP each meal. What I can say is, wow! Even with that small amount her 4-5x day poops is now 3x day and much firmer. Occasionally I get a softer second poop of the day but not PB texture, and no mess on her furry bum. :)I am really thankful for this product. I really think it’s helping. It’s not a cure all, but she is eating more various treats and seems healthier overall. I have been recommending it to friends as well. Thank you, Bernie’s!

Perfect!! It did help my dog have solid stool, at first try, no issues, no side effects, no discomfort, she has very sensitive gut, since 3 Year old, she is 6 now, golden doodle, 30 lbs , with this, she finally can eat anything without having diarrhea, and helps with her glands, I serve two time a day what my fingers grab, so probably is a full tea spoon a day , I’ll keep ordering, and probably all the other products thank you, for care about our babies!!

I find this to be a really good product. You can definitely notice the difference in the dogs poop. I recommend the large bag because it will last a long time and when spread out over a long time itâs not very expensive. We give our dogs, a decent quality kibble and so something like this really helps to Improve the quality of their food.
