Check Every Cartridge When You Receive the Shipment
Update: I wrote that I would post an update if I heard from the seller. I did. They reached out to me after seeing my review and they kindly agreed to make things right, which they did. So since I have been able to use one of the toner cartridges for over a week now and it works fine, I’ll assume the cartridge that didn’t work was a fluke and since the seller stood behind their product, I am changing the two-star rating to a five-star rating. But I still suggest that you check each cartridge when they arrive to make sure they all work in your printer.In the 27 years that I have been an Amazon customer, I don’t think I have ever given a two-star review or written a review of this length. Here’s why this may be a first for me. I ordered a two-pack of MYTONER toner cartridges for my Brother printer which uses the TN760 toner cartridges. I have never had problems using third-party cartridges going all the way back to 1990 when I got my first laser printer so I wasn’t concerned when I placed my order. The cartridges arrived today. I took one of the two cartridges out of the box, put it in my Brother printer and saw a message stating “Wrong Toner Cartridge” in the printer window. The printer would not work. I knew I had ordered (and allegedly received) the correct cartridges so I pulled out the cartridge, put it back in and got the same message. Since I ordered a two-pack, I put in the second cartridge. The printer recognized it right away with no issues. I printed a test sheet and it came out fine. That suggests to me that the first toner cartridge has an incorrect chip on it yet the website indicates that the manufacturer “adheres to strict inspection and provides high-quality products.” Really? If there was “strict inspection,” how could they ship a cartridge with a bad chip on it? The toner box contained a flyer stating it was a “Warranty Certificate” and that I should activate the warranty within seven days. I scanned the QR code but it led to a blank page. There is also a web address shown but that also led to a blank page so there was no way to activate the warranty to “protect my rights and get after-sale service.”Next, I tried to contact the seller (Talent image) but they only show a street address, not a phone number or email address. So I then went to the MYTONER manufacturer’s (not the seller’s) website since I figured the mistake occurred with them, not with the seller who probably bought the cartridges for resale after they were already in the boxes. The MYTONER manufacturer is in Canada and their website states, “We do not sell products on Amazon, nor are we affiliated with the Amazon sellers.” I emailed them anyway but haven’t heard back.I know I can return the shipment to Amazon but the next shipment might contain two toner cartridges where neither cartridge works. At least one of the two that I received has the correct chip. If you buy multi-packs of toner cartridges from this company, I suggest you check each cartridge in the shipment as soon as you receive them and don’t assume all of the cartridges will work just because the first one does. They may not and, by then, it will be beyond the return window.The reason I am giving this purchase two stars instead of one is because one of the two cartridges does work. But the other does not and short of returning both cartridges for a refund, there seems to be no way to contact either the seller or the manufacturer to let them know they goofed during the manufacturing process. If I do hear anything, I will post an update.

Does the job.
Seems ok.  I don’t yet know how long a cartridge will last.  But if it lasts as long as I expect, this is a good buy.  I picked this from reviews and price – and it fits my printer, of course.

Great Print Quality but Doesn’t Last as Long as OEM
This HP printer cartridge set includes all three color cartridges plus black, which made it a convenient and cost-effective option for my printer. Installation was simple and it worked perfectly right out of the box—no error messages or compatibility issues.The print quality is excellent with vibrant colors and crisp black text. I was really impressed with how clean and consistent the prints came out, even when printing photos and high-resolution documents.The only drawback is that the cartridges don’t seem to last as long as the official HP ones. For everyday printing or lighter use, this isn’t a huge issue, but if you print frequently, you may need to replace them sooner than expected.Overall, a solid choice if you’re looking for good quality at a lower price.

Dark lines on the margin; color dots throughout the page. Had to replace it after printing a few pages due to unbearable quality.

As per described with a high yield, fully compatible, with high quality print. Loved It!Worth the money as it is almost 5 times cheaper than the authentic one with no difference in the quality.
