Does not upset my stomach
I bought this product because it had all the ingredients i used to get from another brand that is not available in the USA but unfortunately it is not as powerful as the brand i used to take, no clue why! The good thing is that at least it did not upset my stomach. It is smoothly digested. I have a very sensitive stomach with bad absorption of food. The main brand i used to take was really solving all these issues and help my body gets all the nutrients from the food i eat, it shows through my overall health, my energy, how my nails grow faster, my skin glows, my hair etcI really wished this product acted the same but for some reason it didn’t work for me.UPDATE: I got a message from the seller offering me a refund for this product as it did not work for me as i mentioned in my comment, which was very professional from their side and made me change the rating to 5 stars because i appreciated how they value their customers feedback. I refused the refund though as i already used the digestive pills. I might continue taking the capsules until i finish the bottle i got maybe by then i can see some better results. As i mentioned my case is different because i have a super sensitive stomach. Lets see.Update (2)– I finished the whole bottle of 30 counts and my final verdict is: this product helps ease the digestion process, it gives you a quick feeling of comfort, instead of that nagging discomfort after a small meal as if you just swallowed an elephant that stayed there refusing to pass :)) It helped me a lot with late night meals; i usually don’t eat after 7 p.m. but some days i come back from work very late i end up having my dinner by 10 p.m. then.i can’t sleep until 4 a.m.!! So taking the pill before my late night meal helped a lot.Another important advice, you must not rely on these pills alone to solve all your digestion issues. I noticed some reviews mentioned that it is better to take 2 pills, which i personally found unnecessary. You must strengthen your stomach as a first defense strategy by taking good probiotics for short term, eating food high in fibers, avoiding fried meals, vegetable oils except olive oil, drink herbal teas, take kefir one hour before bed and so on. Your pancreas gets sensitive over time as you eat unhealthy food. A serious change in your diet lifestyle will restore the pancreas and enhance your digestion. Two weeks ago, i did exactly this along with the pill only at late night dinner and it helped a lot. Bottom line is: do not take these pills forever otherwise your stomach will reply on them and loses its natural functionality.

Enzymedica Digest Spectrum is a very good digestive enzyme product
I liked that it was easy to swallow. Functionality of this supplement was very good. This didnât have much of a taste to it but it isnât to be tasted when taken. Just put it in your mouth & swallow it with about 8 ounces of water. This really isnât intended as a pain reliever but may relieve some discomfort. I thought the price I paid was a value for the money. The size of the capsules wasnât very big for the digestive help that it provided which was very good.

Edit: I think something about these have changed as of August 2023. I noticed the last bottle didn’t work as well because my stomach still became swollen. I recently reordered it and realized they no longer had that weird taste (like fresh herbs or grass). It wasn’t unbearable and you’d only taste it briefly before swallowing.But my newest bottle doesn’t have that taste and they still aren’t working.It may be a coincidence but I tend to believe the person who suggested buying straight from the manufacturer (or The Vitamin Shoppe) because the ones from Amazon have stopped being effective .–Thanks to this stuff I can eat any type of gluten with no issues whatsoever. Before, if I accidentally ate gluten, I’d have to deal with a bloated stomach and other discomforts for about 3 weeks. The key is to take 1 or 2 pills IMMEDIATELY before or after you eat. If you wait too long, the gluten will have time to attack your gut.Before I knew how to properly use this, I’d end up taking a pill one or two weeks into my episode. While it gave me some relief and shortened my symptoms from 21 to about 17 days, I was still miserable.But taking this IMMEDIATELY before or after I eat gluten and absolutely nothing is off limits.(It says it works for lactose as well but I’m too scared to test out milk just yet. My symptoms are too severe and I haven’t gotten up the nerve to drink milk on purpose)

Item was sealed and packaged great. I unfortunately cannot tolerate these. I had a mild allergic reaction which causes my throat to get very congested. I am sure they do benefit some but be aware itâs possible to be allergic.

I find the digestive pills, beneficial for preventing gas, bloating, and overall abdominal discomfort when eating certain types of food. The pills are easy to swallow. Works well when you consume with meals, I found myself to be less bloated after eating heavy food. It works within an hour of using.

I am a gluten and lactose intolerant individual. They trigger severe IBS attacks, and this pill does not prevent them. I put one star, hoping it will help some individuals not waste their money for such a lousy product.

I had low expectations for this product since Iâve been trying to find something to help for three years but it only delivered the best!!!
