For each nutritional ingredient listed on the label, I strongly suggest you run at least 3 online searches on example phrases such as:a) “benefits of {name of ingredient}”b) “side effects of {name of ingredient}”c) “drug interactions of {name of ingredient}”GENERAL INFO:This product is mostly “good” strains of bacteria that are considered to be gut-friendly. It also adds in a very small amount of soluable fiber and chicory root which contains inulin, which is considered a prebiotic, which helps create a home in the gut for good bacteria to live and grow.But again, this appears to be mostly good bacteria, with a small representation of other well-known digestive aids.SOME THOUGHTS ON THIS PARTICULAR PRODUCT:1. The bottle contains 60 servings.2. The capsules are very reasonable in size, and are essentially odorless and tasteless.3. If I notice any differences to my gut health, I’ll update this. (Either way. Good or bad.)4. Country of origin is not stated on the bottle.5. Solid, double safety seals.6. Per the botton of the jar, it is good for a year and a half from when I received it.7. 8 bacterial strains + prebiotics
The gut microbiome seems to be at the forefront of the health news these days. Iâm reading articles all the time about the importance of the intestinal bacterial flora. This product is a diverse blend of 8 different bacterial species (various Bacillus, Lactobacillus, and Bifidobacterium species) along with prebiotics. The capsules are white, just over ¾ inch long, and easily swallowed. Although I donât know the reason why they have been included, thereâs also a small amount of Vitamins C and B12.The unknown with probiotics is how much will get past the harsh environment of the stomach. I donât see anything indicating that the capsules might be delayed release, for example, but this is an issue with most probiotic supplements. This is distributed by a company in Boston, MA. Although it doesnât say it on the label, if you click to go to the Nature Target store on Amazon, there is a statement that âall of our products are proudly made in the USA.â The label does say that the product is third party lab tested. Third party testing is important to me because the supplement market in the USA is unregulated, and I do want to be sure that Iâm actually getting what I think Iâm taking. The label also tells us that this is âsourced from a GMP certified facility.â The expiration date is printed on the bottom of the bottle. I received this in late May 2025, and the expiration date on the bottom of my bottle is September 2027.

This is my review for NATURE TARGET Prebiotic Fiber Supplement with 60 Billion Probiotics for Digestive Health – Prebiotics and Probiotics for Women & Men Regularity – Supports Occasional Constipation – 110 Veggie Capsules. These probiotics with prebiotics are soy free, vegan, gluten-free and non-GMO. There are many benefits to using a probiotic assuming you can get it to your intestines but whether or not it’s a benefit to you solely depends on whether you need it or not. These capsules are average size, acid resistant and are tasteless and odorless. I had no negative effects after taking them. Of course this is what I would expect. The packaging on the product is a worry free one with a shrink wrap seal on the cap, a seal on the bottle top and the bottle itself had a desiccant in it. 3rd party lab tested and made in the USA, sourced from a GMP certified facility.
