Provides much pain relief
These ate wonderful. I have heal spurs on the back of my heals and tendonitis. These allow me to work with minimul pain whereas before every step was so painful. Just ordered my another pair for my other pr of shoes.

I like a couple of things and itâs slip resistance and pain relief. After my daily 5 miles walk my feet donât hurt and feel good. I would personally recommend this product

Fit in my work boots and sneakers
Iâm on my feet most of the day, often standing or walking on hard surfaces, so heel pain is something I just got used to over the years. I like something to take a bit of that pressure off, and I try a lot different inserts during the past years.Right out of the box, they seemed well made. The heel cup is well contoured, and the material is soft and supportive. They fit into my boots with no trimming needed in my case, and they didnât shift around during the day, which I appreciated.After several full days at work. Pain relief wise, that sharp heel pain I used to feel when I took a step, especially toward the end of the day, feels more muted now. Itâs not completely gone, but the inserts seem to absorb some to make standing and walking more tolerable. They add some warms, and a tiny bit of height. The comfort level is decent. Theyâre not squishy or cloud-like, but they do give a little bit cushion in the heel to take some pressure off. They helped me get through my shifts with a little less foot fatigue.

I use these Insoles when wear sneakers. At first glance, the material feels quite similar to regular cushioned insoles, sturdy, breathable, non-slip, and smooth to the touch. It doesnât feel bulky or awkward when placed in the shoe, which made transitioning from my regular insoles quite easy.I think the benefit may depend on your foot shape and weight. As someone on the heavier side, I tend to get sore heels after long walks, especially when spending hours at the mall. With these kind of insoles I do feel some difference the next day, my heels werenât nearly as achy, and I didnât feel that usual tenderness at the back of my feet. The heel cups did support without creating any hard pressure points.

DON’T BUY THESE IF YOU HAVE HEEL PAIN
Put these in my shoes and wore them only one day and my heels were much worse than they had originally been. Obviously can’t return them as they are worn. If you have heel pain, don’t bother purchasing these. Waste of money.

Nice Fit and No Discomfort
These insoles are great. As soon as I put them in my shoes, I could feel the difference. Theyâre soft but still give good support. I wore them all day at work. They fit perfectly in my sneakers, no cutting or adjusting needed. No slipping around inside the shoe, and they stay in place even after walking for hours.
