Good value, but not what we need
I bought this, as a gift for my husband, who works too hard, and often wakes with cramps, in the middle of the night. Heâs not impressed with it. He may be too dehydrated, to get a good effect. We didnât throw it out, or anything. He just didnât get the effect that others have gotten. Case by case basis. Maybe it will work better, for others. The application was easy, and it is a good value, for the money. Non sticky.

Theraworx cramp foam works great.
This product works great for preventing cramps and legs. I an a 75 year old man who gets cramps in his legs (quadriceps, hamstrings, and calves) after yardwork or other physical work. If I rub this stuff on my legs before going to bed at night, I do not have cramps in my legs. If I forget and do wake up in the night with a painful cramp, I rub it on then, and it relieves the cramp quickly. I donât know how it works, but it does.
