Works but give it time
I started taking this two months ago and it took about 2 weeks to finally start seeing something. They definitely work! I knew they were working because I felt either my stomach bubbly or gas pass.I ran out and took about 2 weeks for me to reorder- and I definitely felt the difference when I was off. I bloat really fast, even before or after meals. I rate it a 4 starts because it takes a while to start working but definitely can see the results after 2 weeks. I wasnât constipated either.

Great option for IBS ppl
This product is the least gassy probiotic that I have ever tried! I have mild IBS, and this product helps me a lot to poop well without gas and uncomfortable feelings.

No noticeable difference
Unfortunately, this didnât work for me. I was hoping it would help with bloating and gas, but I didnât notice any real difference even after taking it consistently. I do like the idea of the 5-in-1 formula, and the ingredients seem promising, but my body just didnât respond to it. Everyoneâs different, so it might work better for others,but it wasnât effective in my case.

Itâs a funny little pill. Iâve never seen one like it before. I didnât notice anything different for myself. I did have the tummy gurgle even while on this I went back to their brand of probiotics and digestive enzymes. You can get them as a set, but I prefer those for bloating
