Little goes a long way.
Use this mainly on my one knee which has suffered multiple falls. Works quite well on my big knee. I put it all around, backside included. Once a day. Surprisingly little goes a long way, and with the jar, no waste.

Might be great for some – did not work for me
For me it did not relieve joint or muscle pain. Not in my swollen knuckles and hands from gardening or my carpal tunnel, not in over extended calf muscles or forearms, not with swollen ankles or feet. Definitely has a residue layer that was uncomfortable and odd. Not what I expected at all. It might be good for some but for me, not so much. I still hurt with muscle pain, aches in my joints and Iâm not a fan of the odd flaky and weird smudgy layer it leaves on your skin. The best thing about it is that there is no odor so there IS that. It just didnât help me in any capacity. Wish that wasnât the case but it is.
