THE exfoliating mitt that I’d been hoping for!
I have purchased a number of different mitts, gloves, sponges, cloths, etc… that purport to be exfoliating. Some of them have worked, and some have not.NONE of them have worked as well as the Dermasuri mitts! These are THE BEST!!This was my second set of these. I got the two-pack, because I knew that I would use them! (I also got the smaller Dermasuri face exfoliating mitt, and it is also great!)It recommends to use without soap, but I have found that it works equally well with shower gels, soaps, specialized facial cleaners, and/or just with plain water, so it is really up to the user. (Sometimes, I just feel better with soap!)It really does remove a lot of dead skin — even when you weren’t aware that you had so much!As I said, I have tried a lot of different brands and versions, but this is the one I am sticking with. I can’t imagine finding one that is better.HIGHLY recommend!

I used it once so far and was pleasantly surprised at how much dead skin came off! Iâm really hoping it helps with ingrown hairs the day after shaving and with my dried out summer skin. The only downside is that it gives your arms a rigorous workout ð

I purchased this on November 4th, of 2015 and I’ve used it 4 times in the last month prior to writing this review.When I really, really like something I will write an entire essay of a review.This mitt does exactly what it is advertised to do! You know that you are using it correctly when it feels almost unpleasant, but not painful.I know that pain is subjective to the individual but for me I know for a fact that what I don’t find painful quite a few others would whine their little pants off over.Firstly let me say this: I am not stranger to exfoliation. The Salux Japanese Nylon Cloth has been a long-tome favorite of mine, however, they do soften up quickly and lose the sort of effectiveness that I enjoy – effectiveness itself.Also, they are getting rather pricey and I am weary of ordering them online for what I do not consider to be a practical price point.That aside, let me just get one thing clear – the Salux cloth never, ever, did for me exfoliation-wise what this Dermasuri mitt has done right from the first use. I didn’t use the 5 minute shower method. To me soaking in a very warm bath (if at all possible) always made much more sense to soften up skin than standing under some running water. I filled up my tub using the warmest water I tolerate and the immersed myself up to my neck for a period of a 10 minute soak. Make sure your legs and arms stay under the water, you can also flip over onto your tummy for a few minutes too so that the front of you is evenly softened up also.After the 10 minutes and right before trying my mitt out for the first time I thought, “Hey, I bet it would really help the exfoliation process of I washed first with Dr Bronner’s soap..”. I figured it would remove any lotions/oils from my skin and really allow the mitt to “grab on” to the dead skin and roll it away. Sure enough, it worked like a charm. I dampened the mitt, wrung it out with both hands, put it on my hand, and then went to town vigorously rubbing in an up and down motion on my forearm (good test spot!), and wow the skin rolled right off like magic, truly like promised. I could feel the skin rolling under as I rubbed with the mitt, literally felt it through the mitt material.I used it on my legs, tummy, hips, back, and even the tops and sides of my feet and between my toes, what a wonderful mitt this is. Not to gross you out but you won’t believe all of the skin you’ll see in the tub after you unplug the drain and the tub empties. And to think; all of that was stuck on your body, making your skin look like crap, impeding your lotions and creams from penetrating your skin and actually moisturizing you..Because under all of that dead skin your poor little suffocated healthy skin is not being cared for, no moisture is reaching it, heck you may even be experiencing “winter itch” year-round thinking it’s all the dry air when in reality all you needed was a good exfoliation.Anyways, buy this mitt, it works when you follow the instructions and it’s way cheaper than a Baiden mitt, that’s for sure!Things to note are:1) Warm soak in a bath2) Clean skin prior to exfoliating (preferable with an all natural soap so you don’t leave any residues behind)3) Rub up and down fairly quickly using a very firm, even, pressure. (this may tire your arms out but it really gets that skin off!)4) Moisturize your newly exposed dewy, translucent, glowy, beautiful and healthy skin, and expect a ridiculous amount of compliments on how dang soft you are.*Don’t use this on either your face or your neck/chest.

Mixed review works ok. But didn’t realize such a basic scrubber with cheap materials cost soo much. This thing is 10$ too much. Should be at least 2 for that price.

The best body skin polisher
This is the best body polisherI have used. The texture is like a fine grit sandpaper and polishes the skin to a smooth lustre. It does not lather like a nylon puff and is therefore easier to rinse out and dries quickly. The wide elastic band cuff keeps the scrubber from falling off your hand while trying to polish your skin. Not sure why it needs to be 15$ though, not much fabric involved.

My legs have never felt so smooth
I regularly exfoliate with sugar scrub, but this made me feel smoother than I ever have. Just an extra silkiness. I even had some rolls of skin in some areas. If you don’t see skin rolls, don’t force it. I accidentally scratched myself using too much pressure. You’ll still get a nice exfoliation even if you don’t see anything. I recommend using lotion or body oil after. This will definitely be part of my routine, and cheaper than buying tubs of sugar scrub.

I was so excited to try it on my son the moment it arrived! He has chicken skin problem on his legs and hands. So I was hoping this will help exfoliate and lessen the chicken skin. After wetting his skin for about 5 mins with a wet towel, I took the mitten, wet it and wring it semi dry and started rubbing his hands and legs. So amazed with the amount of dead skin that came off. Wonderful product

Also ich habe echt viel ausprobiert…… ich habe sehr trockene Haut und “leide” unter Reibeisenhaut. Ãlhaltige Peelings, SugarScrubs, Salben und Waschhandschuhe halfen eher weniger. Es war ein stetiger Kampf weiche schöne Haut zu bekommen. Ich war eher skeptisch, da ich wirklich viel ausprobiert habe, aber ich muss sagen, ich liebe diesen Handschuh. Ich habe ihn gerade ausprobiert und bin unfassbar begeistert. Es funktioniert genauso wie beschrieben. Der Handschuh tut nicht so wie andere Peelinghandschuhe weh, sondern ist trotz der rauen Oberfläche sehr angenehm auf der Haut (und ich bin wirklich empfindlich). Den einzigen Tipp den ich geben kann ist, nach dem Benutzen des Handschuhs nicht heià duschen oder parfümhaltige Seifen etc benutzen. Dies könnte etwas brennen (war bei mir so, also ein wenig warten nachdem man sich abgetrocknet hat und dann eincremen). Aber die Haut fühlt sich nach dem Benutzen schon unfassbar weich an und ich werde den Handschuh meiner Nichte und meiner Schwester holen. Einfach zu empfehlen.
